Enrollment type care team member start date when assigned staff changes
Currently, if the assigned staff for an enrollment is changed, the start date for an enrollment type care team member does not reflect the date of this change and instead shows the project start date regardless of whether or not the staff member was the client's assigned staff at that time. We would love to see the new assigned staff's care team member start date reflect the day the assigned staff changed rather than the project start date. This would help us track when a staff member (especially navigators) were assigned to a given client.

Ability to save reports in the system or save parameters as a "preset"
It is cumbersome to enter the same parameters over and over when you want to pull a report. It would be nice to have it save somehow. Either:
1. Save the entire report within the system
2. A way to save to your computer with client I.D. list still accessible
3. Save report parameters as "preset" options like saving your favorite radio stations on your car.1 vote -
Household Management Enhancement
I have a suggestion for the "Household Management" screen. When you go into a clients profile and click "Manage" above the household list it opens up the "Household Management" screen which shows a list of previous members. It would be handy to have the HMIS numbers next to the list of names of previous members.
For example the attached, I am wanting to open up the previous household members profile "michael Williams". Usually I search the name in the search bar and can find them. In the example attached, if I search "Michael Williams" it brings up a list of…1 vote -
Assessment Measures
It will be great if 'Assessment Measures' only shows data when the field has been answered and not all fields in the assessment that have been selected to be an 'Assessment Measure'. The current visibility is not ideal to case managers as they only need to see the data within the fields that have been answered.

Allow the ability to edit both the referral reassigned date and referral status for accurate reporting
Without this functionality, the Referral Statistic - Outbound report is useless due to user errors that cannot be corrected.

UI Updates
It can be inconvenient to need to move to a different tab when adding client data. Some tabs, like Contact for instance, might fit under the profile, but having it as a separate tab leaves it in a view that many users rarely look at to see if it's populated.
Another suggestion was to incorporate all family members in a single view that incorporates all of

Ability To Hide Names in Recent Clients List
For security, it would be great to have the ability to either hide the names in Recent Clients list or to show their searchable ID's instead of names. This would be helpful when working in an open office environment and you want to access the client search screen.

Ability to create a user-specific, time limited form
Our CES utilizes a special request for prioritization process where the end user is granted permissions to submit a Google Form. Ideally, this would be built into Clarity so the end user would receive a notification that there is a special request form for them to complete within x number of days. This would be a custom form only available to that user for a limited time.

Ability to delete services within an enrollment
Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.
It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

Program Bed & Unit Inventory Information - Bed Type Allocations for Households With Only Children
When creating an inventory record for a program and selecting 'Households with only children' for the 'Household Type', the toggle for 'Youth-Veterans' should not appear. Because the inventory is for persons who are 17 years of age or younger and veterans must be at least 18 years old, it is not possible for a project serving 'Households with only children' to have beds dedicated to youth veterans.

Add new/existing user First and Last name on User Policy when signing agreement.
Previously, when our users signed or re-signed their user agreement, the user's first and last name would show and the user would sign, date and save it.
We just had an issue where one of our users needed to re-sign/update their agreement and instead of showing her first and last name on the agreement, it showed one of her clients first and last name she was last working on in HMIS.

Add "Show raw field in looker" toggle for custom fields
Allow raw custom field codes to be visible in looker, and control this through a toggle on the custom fields screen in Looker called "Show raw field in looker". If the toggle is activated, the raw field for the custom dimension will be shown in the looker custom dimensions view.

Outreach Labels/Markers in Reports
The labels/markers (Housed, Sheltered & Deceased) should be included in the Outreach model in looker so that sorting can be done with these labels. Users have expressed a desire to see how many clients associated with outreach have the housed label assigned to them.

Turn on IP whitelisting and MFA at Agency Level only
Instead of only turning on IP whitelisting and MFA at the system level, it should also be able to be turned on/off at the Agency level so only some agencies are affected. This will add more flexibility to security policies.

Note who performed an assessment on the assessment history
Hello! Hope everything is going well.
We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?

Private Toggle on the Location Tab
Users have expressed a desire to have a Private Toggle on the Location tab, and/or within individual client locations, so that when a client does not want to share that information with others, it can be hidden, but still visible to the entering agency.
