Would it be possible to add the ability to filter by OR statements in a Dashboard, specifically something like "if the client checked yes to question 1 OR checked yes to question 2, show them in this filter"? We can do this at the individual Look level using a custom dimension, but for dashboards where we need to quickly enable or disable such a filter for 25+ looks at once for data analysis this could present difficulties.

  2. Hello! Our program has work we do in the community with people that we serve but don't technically become clients officially (and thus we can't collect certain information on them in the client profiles). Sometimes we host workshops or public education, and sometimes we serve anonymous clients such as via a hotline. It would be great if a program could be designated as a "general" program or something similar, where you can perform an assessment or screen that is tied to the program but not tied to a specific client. Could this be done?

  3. We have had a recurring situation where the following takes place:
    1. Client has a “no” ROI recorded by Agency A with no end date (but has an unlocked profile)
    2. Client begins working with staff at Agency B and gives consent/signs ROI
    3. Staff at Agency B try to record this “yes” ROI but cannot; it throws an error for the ROI start date because there is no end date for the previous “no” ROI.
    Staff at Agency B cannot edit and add an end date to the “no” ROI because it was recorded by Agency A.

  4. Would be great to have an app version of Clarity that could be used for the PIT and other project enrollments and updates that take place in the field. Another alternative would be updates to the outreach module that would allow users to add assessments or project enrollments.

  5. Automatically display address, when adding a geolocation in the location tab.

    When adding a location in the location tab a geolocation marker can be selected, but the address does not appear. Please add an address filed or auto populate the address to display in the address line 2.

    The end users have to manually add the address.

    This would be a helpful tool for outreach workers, as it would allow them to quickly and easily track the locations of their clients and identify areas where there is a need for services.

  6. Providers are entering CE assessments under closed CE enrollments, referring those assessments to the CQ, then wondering why their clients are not coming up for CES referrals. There's no error message or alert to keep people from entering CE assessments under a closed enrollment. Can there be?

  7. Currently, Inventory screens are system-level screens that cannot be copied. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. Each CoC manages its housing stock, they have separate CE systems, and reporting is completed by each CoC.

    Each CoC may want to implement Inventory but need to record different information using custom fields on the housing inventory screens.

    Since the Inventory screens cannot be copied, each CoC would either need to agree on a set of custom fields, see each other's fields, or use complex constraints and configurations to hide the fields from each CoC, making…

  8. This is a super small suggestion, specifically to change how the pager numbers are styled. As of right now the "li" item has styling code of

    .pager-container .pagination li {
    float: left;
    width: 15px;
    padding-right: 8px;
    }

    and then the actual link ("a href" has no padding or width. This makes it really hard to click the page number. My proposed fix would be this:

    .pager-container .pagination li {
    float: left;
    min-width: 23px;
    text-align: center;
    }

    and the "a" value would be something like:

    .pager-container .pagination li a {
    padding: 7px;
    }

  9. Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).   10. There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

Considering the communication limitations within Clarity, it would be highly beneficial for the end user to be able to see a consolidated list of their assigned clients that have an active referral to a housing program. Ideally, the end user would receive a notification when one of their clients has been matched to a program, as well as see this on the client profile home page.

  12. On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.

    I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

  14. We would like to propose the idea of being able to disable the trusted device option for certain/individual users. We have had an incident with username/password sharing and would like to have a way to better secure the account(s) for those who are not in compliance with policies.

  16. Currently, count/recognition of clients residing in an encampment includes only those who enrolled in services (e.g., enrolled in Clarity/HMIS). However, there are those individuals who reside in these encampments, who are not "yet" (or may never) be interested in services - therefore, NOT enrolled in Clarity/HMIS.

    Idea: Add capability feature to account for these individuals who reside in encampments and are not enrolled in Clarity/HMIS. (Possibly with encampment profile).

Some providers request collection of data on various screens while there are several ways to accomplish this (Assessment, Live Marker Program Identifier, custom screens, etc) those methods may not be viable when providers only request 1 or few questions on specific screens such as the entry screen.

    An Agency Identifier live marker would function the same way as the Program Identifier live marker and would allow constraints to be build around Agency Identifiers. For example, in the case provided above, the entry screen can have the one or several fields applicable to specif agency(s) for all their programs.

  19. Currently, the INVENTORY dashboard can be shared by Agency, Coordinated Entry Group, or at the System level. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. For this reason, it would be beneficial if the INVENTORY dashboard shared shared by CoC instead of systemwide. This way units made in one CoC are not visible to the entire instance when the sharing setting is set to System.

    This was an idea brought forward during discussions with Washington Commerce and King County.
