  3. Currently, there is functionality to automatically expire referrals that originated in the Community Queue by adjusting the "Community Referral Threshold" in Referral Settings. But this setting does not apply to direct referrals. It would be good to either have this setting apply to direct referrals as well, or have a separate setting for direct referrals. Alternatively, it would be good to have the labels "Community Referral Threshold" and "Inactive Referral Expiration Threshold" adjusted to make it more clear that they are only related to the CQ. Documentation should be updated accordingly.

  4. Can geolocations be enhanced to allow user the ability to type in foreign countries? For example, user types "Japan" and the geolocation will pin on Japan or just allow Japan to be saved.... We don't need spatial data, but we would need these records to be flagged as "outside of the United States"

  5. Here are some of the things we would like to see in an audit log:

    Audit log similar to client audit log (full history) for user accounts (last edits, values changed, additional agency access added/removed, email changed, photo changed, etc)
    Agency audit log for changes to address, active status, creation date.

    Program audit log in the same vein with history (who changed what and when on a program - the name, the funding, the beds, basically every PDDE change/edit/creation)

    Service audit logs (who created them, edited them, changed available dates, active/inactive, etc.)

    Sharing settings - audit history on sharing settings.…

  6. "Our street outreach team would like to have cascading work for Current Living Situation records even for their long term clients. The ability to cascade is based on enrollment start date, but why can’t it be based (at least for the CLS) on the amount of days since the previous one was recorded?

    They have long term clients they work with and as you know, recording a CLS “outreach contact” is no longer a quick service transaction in Clarity – it takes longer for them to fill out the assessment page."

  7. Currently, within an enrollment users can only assign staff members who have the agency where the enrollment lives as their "primary" agency (unless assigning themselves). So, if a user has access to multiple agencies, other users can only assign that user to an enrollment in that user's primary agency.

    The drop down picklist for assigned staff SHOULD include all staff with access to that agency, even if it is not their primary agency.

  8. Customers should have a way to enter in any address into the location tab. Presently, only geo-locatable addresses can be entered using the "Add Address" button in the "Address 1" field.

  9. Currently, the max allowed file size for upload is 4 MB (4112 KB). Is it possible to increase the file size for upload to 7MB? We have a few providers that are attempting to go paperless and require to upload large files.

  11. The limiting factor in providing a direct referral to an eligible program is that the agency CoC of the user must be the same as the agency CoC of the program. While an Agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, its Programs can be assigned to a CoC different than the parent agency or even multiple CoCs.

    When the user's CoC does not match the agency CoC for the program to which the user wants to make a referral, the program will not be made available, even though the client might otherwise be eligible.

  12. Provide a setting (similar to attendance module ROI required toggle) to give the option where a client can/cannot be referred to the community queue if they have a missing/invalid ROI.

  16. Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.

    Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.

    Request: Users need some way to see who has a specific role…

  18. Setting up a new Service Taxonomy is relatively easy, but applying a Service Taxonomy to Service Items is not. There can be thousands of Service Items within a Clarity instance to which Admins might need to apply just one taxonomy code. A tool that allows admins to search for Service Items and apply taxonomy codes would remove a significant barrier to the usage of Service Taxonomies.

  20. We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.
