Full smartphone compatibility
While Outreach itself is mobile-friendly, the rest of Clarity is less so, leaving outreach workers with a mixed Clarity experience when collecting client data.
This includes client search, assessments, program enrollments, services, current living situation, etc.

Leave Off Date of Engagement when Cascading
It would be great if the cascading on an entry screen would default to NOT include the Date of Engagement. We've seen many enrollment records with dates of engagements that are < the program start date because of cascading, followed by not reviewing data on the new screen before submitting.
Thank you for considering this change.

Direct Expenses cannot exceed Fund Amount
When Direct Expenses are enabled for a Funding Source, it would be very helpful to add a feature that limits any Service Expenses to be charged in excess of the Fund Amount -ie, Direct Expenses cannot exceed Fund Amount; Total Available > 0. This feature could be added under "Eligibility" or it could be a flag that pops up when a user tries to add a new Service Item. Thanks.

Improve idle dialogue box functionality
Hello Bitfocus,
Clarity's "Are you still there?" dialog box interferes with my work and causes mistakes, as it often pops up in the middle of my typing. Could you please enhance the Clarity user interface to check for recent user activity (such as keyboard typing, mouse-clicking, tapping, etc) before deciding to display that dialog box?
Thanks for your consideration.

Set up custom queue removals for auto removal from pending tabs
When using the auto removal from agency pending tabs to send back to the queue, it would be great if systems could set up custom denial types and reasons, for example now, if a household does not engage, it is a provider Denial, and the removal is expired. With the APR for CE, it looked like MANY providers denied people from programming, which is absolutely not the case, the household fell out of contact, we'd like the expired to be "Client". I"m sure there are may other ways we can use this, and if we could edit this field, we…

Be able to schedule reports for more then 1 agency at a time.
I often times need to run the same report for all of our agencies. However, I am only able to schedule the report for 1 agency, when I attempt to schedule this for more then 1 it will override the previous agencies scheduled report.

Medicaid eligibility
Medicaid eligibility is significant. Massachusetts Medicaid supports mental health services.
When we know that a client is Medicaid eligible, we can be confident that they will have a service package available. It would be a tremendous help to the case manager / CE staff or Sys Navigators to know this.
Medicaid in Mass has an ANSI standard electronic data interchange(EDI) that allows eligibility to be checked using a WSDL or SOAP style connection. It would be great to have an integration with Clarity for eligibility to be displayed in the system.

Improving 'Select All' when deleting bed night reservations
Currently, when you go to delete bed night reservations from Clarity, there is a 'Select All' button at the top of the interface. However, this 'Select All' option only selects the reservation records that are visible on the current page of the interface. If there are multiple pages of bed night reservations, users have to click the 'Select All' button on each page, deleting records one page at a time, and then repeating the process for all subsequent pages associated with the reservations. It would be much more ideal if the 'Select All' button actually selected all records on every…

Enroll only when active referral is present
It would be great to have a program setting where if it is turned ON, a new enrollment can only be made if there is an active referral to the program. We are having the problem where case managers are "jumping the gun" and enrolling a client into a housing program before the referral record is entered in HMIS and then have to "back link" the enrollment to a referral with date problems.

sharing
More flexibility with sharing set up. Sharing should be on a project level, not an agency level.
Should also be able to pick what agencies and programs can see a client file per what the client would like. Right now the sharing is extremely restricting and causes issue with programs like RHY, who are not allowed to share clients that are 17 and under. If an agency has RHY, CoC and ESG funding this makes set up difficult and can cause users to make major errors and share files they should not be sharing.1 vote -
Add Head of Households only filter to [GNRL-106] Program Roster
I have a suggestion for the '[GNRL-106] Program Roster' report.
It would be extremely helpful if there were a filter added to the report that allowed you to either run the roster for either all clients (as it current runs in our CoC), or to ONLY display assigned heads of household within the program. This would really help several of my programs utilize the report in the way they need to without having to manually remove dependents.

Search within Clarity by ID for Agency or Program
It would be helpful to be able to search within Clarity for an Agency or Program by its ID. This would have been particularly helpful while addressing LSA flags.

Include Project Name in Referral Notification Emails
We would like to please request that the project name be included in Referral Notification emails. When receiving a referral notification, users who have multiple agency access switch from agency to agency until they can open the referral without an “access denied” warning.

Record CLS with services
Combine the process of providing services and recording a current living situation (CLS). Ideally, when providing a service in an outreach program, an additional section on the service would prompt to fill out a CLS assessment. The goal is to make sure that CLS is recorded each time a service is given, and is done on the same page and through the same process to save staff time. The standard CLS process should also be available in case an outreach worker contacts a client without providing a service.

Allow Manager-level access roles to manage user account
Right now, only system administrators can manage user accounts: to reset passwords, lock, or inactivate. These should be access role rights available in the Manager group.

Automate Training Site refresh
We have the ability to copy the configuration of our Live Clarity production instance to our training instance as a single one-off task. It would be great to automate that task so that it is done automatically on a regular schedule.

Ability to make alerts not expire
Our agency needs certain alerts to never expire until they are marked resolved. We use these alerts for safety concerns so it is critical that they come up when a client record is found by search or scan, until they are resolved. Currently, expiration date cannot be left blank. We propose that a checkbox/switch be added for "indefinite" that hides the expiration date (this could be an option at the agency level). Then when the alert is resolved, it can be edited to expire.

ROI
Allow for assigned delete rights for ROI's, in access roles, not just system admins. Or maybe, allow for choice of ROI when merging clients, who both have active ROI's.

Client Search returns matches in Middle Name field and/or Custom Fields, not just First/Last Name
Bronze medal solution: Client Search parses Middle Name field too
Gold medal solution: Create a setting to allow us to select which fields (including custom fields) that are searched by Client Search. That way we could set it to search through a custom field like Maiden Name.2 votes -
When a Clarity user leaves
When a Clarity user leaves and agency, there should be a way to switch all clients on that user's caseload en masse and change them to another assigned staff member, rather than having to go to each client's program page individually.
