  2. The ability to set Home screen overrides is great, but system admins need the ability to activate specific dashboards for specific users. This is essential for program managers that need to see custom dashboards made for them that would not be appropriate for all users from their agency to see.

  3. Customer would like the option to auto-populate the response to Data Element 3.08 based on the criteria described in the 2020 HUD HMIS Data Standards

    System Logic and Other System Issues: Disabling Condition may either be entered by the user independently of any other special need field (4.05 - 4.10), or data in this field may be autopopulated based on the responses to ‘ability to live independently’ for 4.05, 4.07, 4.09 or 4.10 or an answer of ‘Yes’ to 4.06 or 4.08. If the system auto-populates Disabling Condition, a user must be able to override a systemgenerated ‘No’ with ‘Yes.’…

  4. It would be great to have sharing capabilities at the program level. Also, to be able to share program, assessment, and service data separately.

  5. It would be very helpful to have a search tool for the library. Some features:

    • Search all folders

    • Search by part of title or report number

    • Prompt suggested matches

    Nice to have:

    • Option to designate which folder to search in... i.e. Admin Reports only

  9. Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.

    Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.

    Request: Users need some way to see who has a specific role…

  10. Setting up a new Service Taxonomy is relatively easy, but applying a Service Taxonomy to Service Items is not. There can be thousands of Service Items within a Clarity instance to which Admins might need to apply just one taxonomy code. A tool that allows admins to search for Service Items and apply taxonomy codes would remove a significant barrier to the usage of Service Taxonomies.

  12. We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

  13. Have attendance module service item check-in stop working after a client has been exited from program on the same day (versus following day), when multiple attendance Delivery type set and "Require Program Enrollment" toggle on. Would incorporate time of day program exit occurs in system.

  14. Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

  15. Customers have requested the ability to export multiple file attachments associated with a client record.

    One use case related to to integration of HMIS with a Health Information Exchange.

    In another use case, the customer would like to share housing application data collected as PDF's in Clarity by sending it directly to housing providers/landlords.

  17. As an alternative to capturing everything through data collection in Clarity, better document management features could help meet customers' needs.

    A “Files Screen” for each uploaded document with meta-data and/or custom fields so there could be more robust reporting on collected documents could be really helpful with case management.

    For example, when a client's drivers license has been scanned and uploaded, there could be a custom "DL Expiration" field associated with that upload.

    Since a valid DL is almost always required in order to sign a lease or to obtain employment. we could be on the lookout for expiring DL's…

  18. At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

A customer has requested a feature enhancement in which there can be a 'Make Program Private' toggle on the Program Set Up page in order to lock individual programs down to an agency in which only those agency users would be able view the programs history on the client profile. (similar to the 'Make Program Private' functionality within individual enrollment when editing a 'Case Manager' assignment).

    In addition, I feel as though if we had a 'Make Program Private' toggle, we should also incorporate a 'Make Service Private' toggle on the Service Set Up page as there are frequently services…
