The Calendar needs to be more functional
We have received feedback from CoC partner agencies about using the calendar:
"When scheduling appointments, first the report of appointments has to be run to see if there's any conflicting appointments.
It takes FOREVER (feels like it) for a report to be run. Then you have to go put in the appointment after the report shows up.
Then you have to rerun the report to make sure the appointment you scheduled is on the guests schedule and wait for FOREVER again....
If there's anyway we could have a quicker way to access each guest's schedule that would be great.
It seems that it would make a whole lot more sense to click on the scheduler (calendar) icon and just have a quick view of the guest's schedule where you input the date range. It's VERY clunky and not intuitive for this part."
Several of our CoC partners would like to use Clarity exclusively for working with clients, but the lack of calendar functionality prevents this from happening. In general, having to run reports to look at client information like case notes as a whole and not just one at a time is very frustrating to case managers while they are working directly with clients in the office and the field.
