  2. I often times need to run the same report for all of our agencies. However, I am only able to schedule the report for 1 agency, when I attempt to schedule this for more then 1 it will override the previous agencies scheduled report.

  4. Right now, only system administrators can manage user accounts: to reset passwords, lock, or inactivate. These should be access role rights available in the Manager group.

Please add an overall data quality score % (preferably with a corresponding letter grade; 90-100 = A, 80-89 = B, etc) to the top of the existing [HUDX-225]/[HUDX-225-AD] HMIS Data Quality reports available in Clarity. The denominator of this score would be the sum of all possible data quality issues per table row in the report and the numerator is the sum of all total number of errors identified per table row (all in line with the programming specifications in the HMIS Standard Reporting Terminology Glossary).

  6. Update the Client Privacy functionality to allow for marking clients private even when they are associated with multiple agencies. Currently, this option is disabled if the client has multiple agencies working with them, and there are cumbersome workarounds to get the client data protected when needed. This enhancement should allow us to mark the client private, and then data will be limited to the agencies that are currently working with the client. Our local consent revocation policies state that any previously shared information will still be shared if a client revokes consent, and data will, moving forward, be limited to…

  7. Allow for a filter option in the outreach module map view to either show the clients location based on their most recent geolocation (current functionality), OR show clients everywhere that they have been contacted in a given time period. Currently, encampments often look underreported when they have a population that frequently moves between encampments. Showing all locations will help to correct this.

  8. We would be looking to have an option added to the "queueremovereason" picklist that says something along the lines of "Housed in Non-HMIS Inventory", so that when these situations arise end users can remove the client from the Community Queue and select a more appropriate reason for removal.

  9. What we would like to do is be able to put a date to have the system auto inactivate a user. We often know ahead of time when a users' last date of employment or access will be, it would be nice if we could enter that last date of access and have the system move them to inactive once that date occurs.

  11. Link the reservation features with the new Inventory platform. These two functionalities should be closely integrated so that providers can reserve clients to specific rooms/slots/beds, mark attendance, and allow for reporting on how clients are tied to programs and funding sources in the Inventory setup.

  12. Allow for the assignment of multiple clients per slot to facilitate household data collection. Currently, only one person can be assigned to a reservation, and this makes households difficult to pull data for. It would be much more streamlined if providers could assign multiple clients to a single room and have that reflected on the slot view as well as when pulling reports/Looks.

  14. Whenever the HUD data standards are updated, we find that we have to replicate Bitfocus's constraints for our custom screens. Instead, adding the option to apply the already made constraint to the screen would be useful...either at the field level (Use current constraint for any screen when field is added) option or screen level (copy constraint to screen when field is added) option...

  15. We know that staff creating/updating any screen (enrollment, assessment, service) is available in Looker. But it is completely baffling that this information is not immediately visible in the front-end of Clarity, from the history tab, etc. A supervisor or another program staff member should be able to click on a history tab, assessments screen, etc. and immediately see who completed a certain action. This is necessary for really basic management.

  16. Allow for the ability to mark a slot offline (with a date range), as well as a dropdown for the reason offline (maintenance, staff use, etc). This should be able to be configured directly on the bed reservation page by the service provider without having to access the setup/management pages.

  17. We have the ability to copy the configuration of our Live Clarity production instance to our training instance as a single one-off task. It would be great to automate that task so that it is done automatically on a regular schedule.

  18. Our agency needs certain alerts to never expire until they are marked resolved. We use these alerts for safety concerns so it is critical that they come up when a client record is found by search or scan, until they are resolved. Currently, expiration date cannot be left blank. We propose that a checkbox/switch be added for "indefinite" that hides the expiration date (this could be an option at the agency level). Then when the alert is resolved, it can be edited to expire.
