   The new unit status auto-update feature noted in the Feb 2026 feature release is a great concept, but it's currently too restrictive because it defaults to the 'current date.' Because we often work with historical data, we can't utilize the automation as it stands. Is there a plan to allow bulk status updates with retroactive dates? This would solve our primary bottleneck.

    The ability to add custom fields (ie text, number, date, checkbox, picklist, multiselect) to the service items would increase use cases for services which would benefit most communities.
