  2. The ability to make a copy of Assessment Processors like you can make a copy of screens would make the process of creating custom Assessments much easier. This idea submitted to me by the Mid-Florida Homeless Coalition.

  4. When a client is removed from a Community Queue due to hitting the Inactive Referral Expiration Threshold that the user that added the client to the Community Queue as well as any Assigned Staff receive an email notification that the client has been removed from the Community Queue. The notification would be similar to those sent when a client’s status is changed to Pending or when they are Denied a housing opportunity.

  5. Please allow Agency Managers to set up custom assessments and fields, if/when allowed and configured by System Administrators.
    For certain communities, agencies have a lot of expertise in designing and conducting monitoring and evaluation and have been driving this for years if not decades. Please consider a platform to allow Agency Managers to design fields, assessments, and screens.

  7. Our search results screen has name, alias, DOB, and SSN. Clarity unique identifier is notably absent. You have to click into the client profile to get the Clarity unique identifier. Why not save a step?

  8. It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).

  9. Being able to assign multiple staff to a single client is great functionality and is being well received by our users. They would also appreciate being able to designate one staff member as the main assigned staff and additional staff as backups so that they can more precisely report on this information.

  10. We can use Clarity to match clients to programs based on defined criteria. What about matching clients to clients? Communities who look at shared housing as a means to more PH placements (as opposed to single occupancy) might be very interested in functionality that facilitates roommate matching as part of CE processes.

  11. Please add "Assigned Staff" column to the [HUDX-225] HMIS Data Quality Report's [FY 2020] details/drill down.

    Reason: user send the report to the respective "Assigned Staff." However, the user has to manually add this column the "Assigned Staff" column.

  12. I've noticed that if the SSN is behind the privacy shield you can't see that it's highlighted to alert you of an error when you try to save changes to a profile. Is it possible to highlight the field name in that instance, as opposed to the data?

  14. It appears based on the help articles that fields must be set up on the program enrollment screen to be eligible to be chart fields. It would be helpful to set additional fields that are in program assessments as chart fields as well.

  15. Currently, only system admins can see the version # of an ROI in a client record. This is helpful information for end-users, not just system admins. I would suggest making this information visible to all users who are able to view ROI in the client record.

We'd love to use the Goals functionality that Clarity offers but many of the agencies in our CoC want to use it as a sort of Case Plan where they can track the progress clients are making towards that goal before achieving it. Having a generic notes field that users could edit into as they worked towards making progress on that Goal would be great and tie everything together.

    Ex: Goal of acquiring $1500 of total income, user edits into the notes section of that Goal as they work with the client towards achieving it to provide updates/context about the…

  17. It would be beneficial for Agency Managers to have the ability to create dashboards instead of that functionality being limited to only the System Admin role. Agency evaluation staff know what their staff need/want to know for evaluation and reporting needs. Dashboard creation sitting only with the System Admin role creates an unnecessary bottle-neck for agencies that have custom reporting knowledge and capacity.
