This function would save time for the provider, Tech Support and the Bitfocus Programmers by allowing (with the appropriate access toggle) staff to modify the denial date if entered incorrectly. Also, by allowing this field to be modified, would help with reporting accuracy.

This feature would be very valuable for the Tech Support Team! This has been on the wish list since I have worked here, for 10 years.
It would be nice if the audit log and/or like HMIS email, the history would be preserved as well.

Working with creating and de-activating end-user accounts, there are often times being able to add a note with specific details would have been so helpful, and save a lot of time investigating in those situations.

This seems a very important feature - if a staff at an agency, is assigned to a program Dept., and they still need access to all programs at that agency they are not able to view or edit them.

This would be greatly beneficial for end-users when reviewing to accurately locate the correct Agency/Progam. This change would also align with other screen sorting by Alphabetical, and program type, (omitting ID).
