Include client UI number on the caseload page
Recently staff started using the Caseload button in the upper right corner more often, which is great! They have relayed the feedback that since the client list links to each profile individually, it'd be great if the UI numbers could be on display on the main Caseload page to save them a few clicks and loading times. Could we please do something like this and add a column?

ability to write one assessment and have it apply to multiple clients
In some cases, an assessment might need to apply to multiple clients, similar to how a service can apply to multiple clients (but in niche cases it doesn't make sense to do this in services). Could we ever consider ability to have one assessment associated with multiple clients to save time?

Inactivate Participants on Profile Screen
Using the Trash Can on the Client Search screen to inactivate a participant is cumbersome in that you have to have "Auto Suggest" turned off for the user searching for them and it's harder to verify it is the correct participant from this screen.
It would be helpful if the "Trash Can" for the client was also on the Client Profile screen visible to users with the correct right. I recommend it still have the confirmation screen before inactivating the client.
This change in the process would make it easier for users to inactivate participants and ensure the correct participant…

When configuring, could we have an option to toggle History categories on and off for search options?
Hello! Could we have a feature in configuration where we can toggle on or off certain filters in the History section? We don't use every feature that is filterable, and sometimes this can lead to misclicks when people use the History feature. Thank you!

New user interface: display created by, created on, updated by, updated on in the same order in both program/global
Hello! In the new user interface, I super appreciate that you can see Created On, Created By, Updated On, and Updated By as separate categories. Could we please re-arrange them so that, regardless of whether looking at the global assessment level or program assessment level, they appear in the same order? Right now they are both in different orders and require a different number of clicks to access (some require the drop down). Thank you!

Show client unique identifiers on Caseload page (both current and future user interface)
Hello! Often staff will tell me this would save them a few clicks, as they may go to the Caseload page to quickly receive a list of their assigned clients and their respective UIs. Could we help them skip a step by populating this on this page? Thank you!

Auto Exit from Street Outreach Program
It would be fabulous if we could set up Street Outreach programs to auto-exit clients when they enter Emergency Shelter, or obtain housing (enrolled in Perm Housing program or move-in date entered) similar to CE. Often we have agencies that conduct street outreach and they are not the same agency that provides temporary or permanent housing.
Allowing clients on the street to be auto exited from the SO program with the date and location of either temp or perm housing would enhance data quality for communities.2 votes -
Enter clients into units directly from inventory system
It would be really efficient if we could go to a specific unit in the Inventory page and enter/exit clients from there, rather than clicking on client, program, unit, add unit/bed.
Could this be done?

Under the Program History tab, would it be possible to add a "Move-in-date" between the Start Date and End Date.
Under the Program History tab, can we add Move-in-Date between a program's Start Date and End Date. Programs without a Housing Move-In Date would remain blank while Programs like PSH that have one would be whatever is in that Program’s field. This will help audit move-in-dates at a glance.

DIT: Matched Client Summary
After the file has been validated and prior to file being imported, add Match count section to "Data Analysis" that will display the matching type, Regular, Full, No, and then provide the count of clients that were matched and those who were not matched based on matching type...For example, matching type = No would show "0 matched" and "0 not matched" and # client profiles created, which should match the "Data Analysis" # Client Record(s)

Screens: Client Assessment Score Refresh/Re-Save setting
What: Adds admin option to refresh or save prior saved client screens.
Why: Whenever screens are updated, the user has to manually save the screen for those new updates to take effect. This is especially true for assessments were scores become "stale" whenever changes to the assessment/assessment processor are made.
How: For each screen add option to "Refresh/Re-save" (Yes/No). If yes, then allow for additional criteria such as on or after this date for "Date assessments Added" or "Assessment Date."

Remove File Predefined Name "Other"
We are trying to make our program intake process "paperless", by having staff scan and upload files to the client's enrollment. We want to be able to run a report and verify that all the necessary paperwork has been uploaded. With "Other" so easy to use, it does not work.
Every file category has a file name which is always available, "Other". It allows staff to enter their own file name. It cannot be removed; it is part of every category as soon as you create it. "Other" is too easy to use. We have literally thousands of "other" files.…

View and search a list of program enrollments
I need to be able to search a list of my program's active enrollments. Especially with common names, dozens of names will appear, most of them not even enrolled in my program. Birthdate and ID number appear as well, but the guest isn't always there to ask. It would be much easier to search only people enrolled in my program. It would also be useful if the list could be sorted by various criteria.

filters and search within services
We have agencies with tons of services.
Scrolling through the services box is inefficient.
It'd be nice if we could filter via regex or at least search.
IE, if I want to select all services that have [Program1] in the name
I can add a filter where text must include "[Program1]"
And it'll be as if I clicked [Program1] Service 1, [Program1] Service 2, [Program1] Service 3
Of course, adding multiple filters to a single query is always helpful.

Current Unit Description Character Limit
Currently, the unit description textbox related to Clarity Inventory is 255. This is too short for many providers and should be higher.

Customer Portal: show banner on Messages screen
Communities have requested the ability to add a disclaimer or banner at the top of Messages in the Portal, letting users know that in cases of emergency, they should reach out to 911, and not attempt to contact their care team via the Portal. This could potentially be a standard banner or customizable by community.

Customer Portal: Allow assessments to be completed without provider request
Currently, Assessments in the Customer Portal can only be completed after being requested by a provider in Clarity. It would be useful to allow specific assessments to also be completed without a provider request.
Some potential use cases for this include:
-master application for future housing or employment opportunities
-outreach request or other provider support request (like housing problem solving)

Customer Portal Integration with INVENTORY
It would be useful for Clarity INVENTORY to integrate in real time with the Customer Portal, so clients can see available shelter beds and/or be added to a reservation or wait list for an available shelter bed.
