Quality Assurance: Deceased Standardized Logic
Standardize system logic for "deceased." Outreach module already indicates if the participants is housed/deceased (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/1500003859462-Clarity-Human-Services-April-2021-Feature-Updates) this should be standardized across the system. And should include warnings when a deceased participant is being enrolled with a start date of the deceased date.

HUD/Federal Parter Services and Referrals pull into a Copy of Templates
Services and Referrals that are on the templates the are already in the system should pull over into a copy of the template. This will ensure that all the correct Services and Referrals are on the template copy. Having to recreate these services and referrals take time away from the other work we already need to be doing.

Canned Report for Users to Review CES Status
Many users in our CoC would like to be able to run a report of the active clients in their projects, particularly Street Outreach or Emergency Shelter, and see the status of these clients in the Coordinated Entry System. The issue right now is that the CES data is owned by another agency, so sharing settings do not allow users to pull both their agency's data and the CES data. This report would be helpful for agencies to know which clients in their projects need to be assessed for the Coordinated Entry System. It would also allow them to support…

Functionality to move assessments/services/notes from one client profile to another
Similar to the functionality under launchpad>merge where a program enrollment can be moved, generate functionality to move assessments/services/notes etc that are incorrectly entered under one client record to a different client record. Currently when end user enter this information incorrectly under one client, we must delete the record and advise the end user to re-enter the information into the appropriate client record. This functionality could save case managers time from having to re-enter data.

Agency Administrator (System-like Access strictly for Agency)
As a larger agency we have many contracts that are not managed by any CoC and require programs for us to record our work. Many delays occur with setup and particular needs of those necessary programs. We wish to record data into Clarity in order to provide a robust picture of available services in the county as well as to show impact in regional data analysis that happens when it comes to system performance.
It would be great if agencies could have a designated Agency Administrator that would have access to:
-Create programs
-Create funding codes (if needed)
-Create custom…1 voteThank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing this request.

Allow Search for Client by Personal ID
Personal ID (as opposed to Unique ID) is included in the data extracts for Federal HMIS Partner submissions. Errors in those submissions will identify offending records by Personal ID, however, there's no easy way to search for a record.
Allowing search by Personal ID would be a huge help to the users who are troubleshooting the Federal HMIS Partner uploads.

Queue Activity Modification
It appears as though a client who is on the queue, gets referred to a program and then denied due to no contact is counting as activity to keep them active (and no auto exit due to inactivity) even if they have no other system activity. Changing this so that a denial due to no contact is not counted as system activity to keep someone on queue would help with queue maintenance.

Tell Users Duration of Incorrect Password Ban
When someone enters their password incorrectly too many times, the system tells them they are "banned" and to try again later but doesn't say when. I have been told that when you are banned, the system locks you out for two hours, and if you try to log in again during that two hour window, the clock restarts. Not telling the user this in the ban alert means that they may try to log back in in 5 minutes or half an hour, etc., and have no idea that they are pushing their ability to log in for another two…

Audit Log Reporting
We wanted to request a feature enhancement regarding audit logs. Our hope is that we would be able to report on a history of changes to client profile data. We would like to be able to identify the fields that were changed, the user that made the changes, and the date that the changes were made. This is currently available to system admins on a limited basis by going into individual client profiles and reviewing an audit log, but it would be helpful to be able to run a canned report or even have a Looker model dedicated to tracking…

Bulk entry of Services or Notes for Clients within Encampments
While serving a group of clients within an encampment, data entry could be more efficient if users could record Services snd/or Notes to multiple Encampment members at once.

Allow System Administrators to run multiple reports of same kind
Some customers may be responsible for running 40-50 CAPERs at one time for the quarterly ESG CV submissions. Is there any way System Administrators can have “special permissions” to run multiple reports?

Update System Variables UI to include Census Data Uploads
If there was an additional tab within the System Variables set up to include/allow Census Data (or even HUD's CoC Analysis Tool data), communities could use this data to easily analyze potential disparities within their CoC(s). This information could be exposed in Looker to create Looks and dashboards to begin/continue data driven approaches for systemwide improvement.

Allow agencies that operate programs across multiple CoCs to have access to multiple CoCs Community Queues
Some agencies operate programs across multiple HUD CoCs; the agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, but its programs can be assigned to multiple CoCs. Access to a CoC's Coordinated Entry Community Queue is based on the CoC assigned at the agency level, not the CoC(s) assigned at the program level. This prevents programs that operate in other CoC(s) to view the Community Queue(s) for the CoC(s) they operate in.
If an implementation has their Coordinated Entry Type set to "Continuum of Care Based" in their system settings, they should be able to allow agencies that operate programs…
