Edit additional fields in Add Contact
Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them). Bulk Delete Services
There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

Attendance Module
On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.
I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

Ability to delete services within an enrollment
Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.
It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

Note who performed an assessment on the assessment history
Hello! Hope everything is going well.
We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?

Bulk Service Placement by Caseload
It would be great if users could bulk add services based on their active case loads. They would see a list of all their assigned clients (or alternatively search bar where they could add todays clients to a list) and then assign a bulk service (or toggle multiple services) for all the clients on the list (or check off the ones it applies to). Perhaps new enrollments assigned to them could automatically show up on this list.

Create a case management plan and allow the ability to sign and print
We need a case management plan (it could be a custom assessment) that has the ability to individually print so that we can provide it to the client. Preferably they could also sign it. Unfortunately the custom forms does not provide as many features as the custom assessments or that could be a good solution.

Option in access roles that restricts edit access to possibly just your own work (or option to label staff completing in assessment history)
Right now, assessments cannot be locked by access roles in such a way that someone can edit their own work but not others; it's currently set as either they can edit everyone in the agency, any agency, or not at all. We have some situations where it's helpful to allow our staff to revise things, but revising someone else's work (even accidentally) can cause issues. This, compiled with the issue where assessments can't quickly display who wrote them originally, leaves a lot of margin of error where colleagues could edit someone else's work either by mistake or (in grave scenarios)…

copy services across agencies/ ability to copy service taxonomy
It would save a lot of time to have a service template that allows us to apply a uniform set of services to multiple agencies rather than recreating them under each agency management screen. Also, when creating a service taxonomy, we cannot copy one that is already established and make minor tweaks like we can with screens.

Improved Document Management/Files in Clarity - Search and Group Functionality
Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

Limiting Assessments
We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.
Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

Multiple Attendance Services to report like other service Delivery Types
Currently, service items with multiple attendance Delivery Type do not report the same as service items with other Delivery Types (Long Term, Single Event, and Daily Attendance). All service data should be stored and reported in the same manner.
See the note within [GNRL-104] Service Summary report article as an example, "Note: For the purposes of this report, multiple attendance services are limited to a count of 1 per day in the # of Services column."

search for client by phone number
It would be really great if we were able to search by participant phone number. I get a lot of calls where I can't fully decipher the name they give me on the voicemail message but they leave a phone number. I can sometimes call them back and figure it out of course, but it's really helpful to be able to find their name for folks whose phones don't work/turned off, etc. This makes it much easier to follow up with their housing.

Copy Fields the way you can copy Screens
Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

Delete Fake Entry
Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). Alert pop up for Attendance module
When scanning in or adding clients in the Attendance module, have an actual pop up appear for those who have a public alert.
Currently, an icon will appear next to the client's name and then you must hover over the client name and then click on the public alert to see it.
This causes delays for shelters that need to check in a large number of clients.
An immediate pop up would ensure that End Users have the ability to both quickly check many people in AND catch important public alerts.

HUD/Federal Parter Services and Referrals pull into a Copy of Templates
Services and Referrals that are on the templates the are already in the system should pull over into a copy of the template. This will ensure that all the correct Services and Referrals are on the template copy. Having to recreate these services and referrals take time away from the other work we already need to be doing.

The Calendar needs to be more functional
We have received feedback from CoC partner agencies about using the calendar:
"When scheduling appointments, first the report of appointments has to be run to see if there's any conflicting appointments.
It takes FOREVER (feels like it) for a report to be run. Then you have to go put in the appointment after the report shows up.
Then you have to rerun the report to make sure the appointment you scheduled is on the guests schedule and wait for FOREVER again....
If there's anyway we could have a quicker way to access each guest's schedule that would be great.
