Hi Danielle, thank you for checking in! It just occurred to me that this could be more important than originally anticipated. We're a new agency that just joined Clarity, but our target population is about 70% Hispanic or Latinx, which means the absence of é and other accented letters could mean that a large percentage of our clients would also have incorrect names. I tested this with a fake client, and we noticed that entering these types of characters replaces the letter with a question mark, which could create an issue in report pulls. I don't think I'd call this a critical error since it doesn't impact function of the database, but just wanted to mention this may be a little more important than originally anticipated.
Thank you for all that you do!

Hello! I saw this idea and this is relevant to something I'm working on now as well. If we could implement this it would be so helpful for tracking who attended trainings, demographics of staff members, and other elements that could allow us to analyze data at the staff/user level.
Currently the only way to do that is to make additional client profiles for staff in a private program, which raises data integrity and accuracy issues.
Thank you so much!
