Display Files with most recent at the top.
Files are displayed with the most recent ones last. Our staff frequently need to check to see if a client has a recent file of some type. Every single other tab on the Profile page is the opposite. History, Program, Contacts and Locations are all listed with the most recent at the top. Could you please make this page consistent with the rest?

Service funding sources
Service funding sources are listed in the dropdown it isn't in alphabetical order which make it a bit of a mess for people to use. Alphabetical sorting would be easier!

CSV/XML Export - include Unique ID instead of Personal ID
HUD's new EVA data quality tool, provides a powerful resource for identifying data quality issues. However, EVA flags clients with errors and identifies them using the Personal ID. I assume this is because the Unique ID is not available in the export. I'm curious why this is. Is it possible to make the Personal ID searchable in Clarity or to replace it in the export with the Unique ID? I'm trying to find an easy way for our partner agencies to use EVA to find and correct errors, but as of now, it is not easy for them to navigate…

Change the name of the program you are referring to
Numerous occasions have come up where an agency submits an opening for one of their housing projects, and the referral is made through our coordinated entry process. Later we find out that they reported the wrong project and it would be easiest if we could just switch the project name on the referral, rather than re-submitting a new referral, which is how it currently works.

Backdate Outreach Module Status Updates
Currently when status updates are completed in the outreach module, the date always defaults to the current date. Many outreach workers are not able to enter these updates in real time so it would be very helpful to be able to back date when entering the data.

We would like to be able to link files to services. For example we track our Rapid ReHousing Subsidy payments as services. It would be helpful to be able to link the back up documents saved as files to specific services.

Improved Document Management/Files in Clarity - Search and Group Functionality
Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

[RFRL-104] Referral Statistics - Outbound - Add Filter
Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

Add multiple service items for client at the same time
When providing a service to a client, it would be helpful to be able to add multiple service items all at the same time for the client, perhaps with a tick box by each one to save time.

Direct agency switch in staff seach
When searching for a staff member in Clarity, search results display the agency that the staff person is associated with. It would be helpful to System Admins to be able to click directly on the Agency name in the search results to switch to that agency

Some of our assessments are lengthy and it would be helpful to be able to apply text formatting to labels. Also, it would be helpful if we were able to add horizontal lines to delineate between sections in an assessment.

font color/high contrast colors
Site wide, it would be really helpful if the fonts are in black and the color schemes are high-contrast. It is very hard to easily see a lot of items on the screens.

Live Marker for Program_applicability
Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added…
