Program Eligibility Section
I have a suggestion. Under the section that shows the program enrollment and eligibility, it would be helpful if all organizations filled out their requirements to get into there program. This way, when i am looking to refer my clients to a program i can easily see the requirements for entry. However, I've tried to find a section where i could add my program's requirements so they appear in the referral section, but i haven't been able to locate it. I'm not even sure if such a section exists for adding eligibility details for others to see.

Referral Beds Availability section
I have a suggestion. When I'm in a client's account and click on the referral tab to choose an agency for a referral, it would be helpful if agencies providing housing, like the Navigation Center and Five Keys, could show live tracking of available beds. Has this feature been discussed before? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Reassigned date visibility
We would like to propose that the reassigned date be more visible on the pending referrals screen. We utilize queues and there is very often confusion when seeing the referred date (date referred to the queue) and the reassigned date (referral reassigned from the queue to a program). Because referrals are often time sensitive - the addition/visibility of this date is very critical for our community.

Check in audit log
We would like to request that the check-in function on a pending referral and located on the client profile be visible on the audit logs so that we can confirm who checked someone in (and where they did so)

Do not require end date for "yes" ROI Permission
The longest Default term that we can set for an ROI is 10 years. In our community, our ROI's do not expire until the client changes their consent. Therefore, we are forced to enter a "fake" end date because the system requires one.

Update Project Roster to include enrollment CoC
Please add enrollment CoC to the Program Roster to help users identify participants active within a specific period by the enrollment CoC or add a filter to the report so the roster can be filtered by CoC, or both.

Notes Preview - Quick View of Assessment Notes
We've received some user feedback regarding the current process for viewing assessment notes in Clarity. Many have found it time-consuming to open each individual assessment to access the information - when there appears to be space for a preview of the note. If there was a preview of the notes field on the assessment, it would speed up coordination and workflows.

CES "Check-in" button available to CES Access Roles on multiple pages
Idea: To allow for the assigning or perhaps customization of adding the "check-in" button to any page allowing for ease of use for CES access roles to. Perhaps as a minimum to have the “check-in” button below the client UID on the client profiles page for all CES user access roles, not just "System Admins".
It's not very helpful for us to have that option since we are not direct participant facing. Thank you!

Funder-specific Role
Allow for role to be limited by program funding. For example, auditors from the city that manage ESG funding for programs want to log in to HMIS and view data and client records for just ESG funded projects. Departments will not work because ESG funds programs across different agencies / organizations.

Ability to edit denial dates
Having the ability to edit incorrect denial dates is very important for data quality in our CES/CoC. Users enter denial dates and they often don’t reflect the proper date. As of now, we are able to click into the denial date and enter a new one, but get an error message when trying to save changes.

When a user assigned to a Care Team is deactivated in Clarity, automate an end date to the Care Team assignment
When users are deactivated in the system, they remain as active members of a client's Care Team. This impacts reports that show "active care team members." It would be great to automate an end date to the Care Team member when their account is deactivated in HMIS.

Different colors for providers login
It would be helpful to have the banner at the top be different colors when you switch between provider access/CE access.

Customize DIT Client Matching
Currently, Clarity has 2 client-matching options when using the DIT - full and regular. It would be helpful if users could select custom conditions for client matching in addition to full and regular.
In several communities, the data quality of SSNs are poor (often not collected/NULL), as an example. This results in the auto duplication of client records when other client-matching conditions could have been met. Many communities are very clear they do not want to match clients based on SSNs.
As such, more flexibility in client matching would be beneficial for many communities and make the DIT more useful…

Preferred Name Line
Have a preferred name line in addition to the legal name information. I have had clients that go by their middle name, or perhaps they are transgender and they go by a different name, or they have a street name that they prefer. It is important that other providers know that a client goes by a different name. Also would be amazing if that was also searchable because sometimes you encounter someone who only tells you their street name.

Make Two Factor Authentication (2FA) System/User Options for flexible
As a System Administrator, I want to enable 2FA as the default for our instance, while still having the ability to exclude certain user accounts, particularly those shared by volunteers with “Attendance Only” access roles (e.g., those who primarily scan in bed nights, meals, etc.) so that certain users do not have the same requirements to log into Clarity, while still maintaining a higher security level for most accounts.

Search Outreach by client name
Currently, the search field in Outreach lets you look clients up by UID only.
This creates some inconvenience if outreach workers need to swap between Clarity and Outreach while out in the field to grab someone's UID. If they're swapping between Outreach and Clarity, it almost seems more appropriate to fill in location/CLS from within the Client Profile, reducing the usefulness of the Outreach module for real-time data collection.
Also, encampments may have limited service in the area and going between both modules could be resource-intensive for workers' devices.

Define "Program Related Activity" for auto-exits at the program level.
We would like to be able to define "Program Related Activity" for auto-exits at the program level. The issue we are encountering is that we use a manual CE event as an administrative action for CE and this CE event, which is not indicative of program activity at our ES and SO projects, is preventing clients from appropriately auto-exiting from those ES and SO projects. We would like a way to not include these events while determining whether to auto-exit.

Ability to select multiple agencies when configuring 'Additional Agency Access'
When configuring for Managers/Admin, the 'Additional Agency Access' only allows to add one agency at a time- for CoC's that have a lot of agencies, it can be tedious.

Require selected Template when uploading Forms
When a user selects "add form" in the program Forms tab and then"upload form", and has not selected a form name, the file is uploaded with no title.
This is causing reporting issues when tracking required program forms, and making it difficult to find specific uploaded documents in the Forms tab.
We would like to please request that selecting a form template be required when uploading documents to forms.
