Add Foreign Countries to Geolocation
While geolocation was made available by way of the Outreach module, it could other valuable uses. Communities are experiencing crises related to migrant populations and the collection of geolocation data related to this can be very informative.

Hi, this is super-important for our ability to use data to track and respond to the migrant crisis. Relatedly, it seems that the geolocation fields do not currently have a country field in Looker.

Yeah, that would be cool!

Right now, we are unable to search for addresses outside the US. We are able to use a pin to extract some foreign data - sometimes we are able to pull foreign address information and sometimes not. We seem to always be able to pull lat/long data. We are able to pull city names, but they are not translated into English, and no country information is currently available. Is there a way forward to achieve the following?
1. Have foreign (non-US) addresses be searchable via text
2. Have a data field for countries within geolocation
3. Have the data output be translated into written word understandable to an English reader
