Change Program Availability Setting Interface and/or Add Audit Log
To change the Program Availability (from "Full Availability", "Limited Availability", or "No Availability") the user just clicks on the name and the text color for the selected option is darker. We frequently have users accidentally changing the setting because there is not "save" feature to change the setting and they don't notice the subtle color change. If we can't get the screen changed, then it would be helpful to have an audit log on this screen so we can identify which users keep switching the setting by accident so we can educate them. Thanks!

Prevent pop-up warning when following guidelines for missing/partial SSN
Even if users follow the updated guidance for SSN data entry when a SSN is missing or they only have the last four (i.e. xxx-xx-xxxx or xxx-xx-####), the "The SSN entered does not conform to Social Security Administration guidelines" pop-up warning still appears. This is confusing to users given that the guidance has changed and especially given that only having the last four is not a DQ issue under the FY24 data standards. Ideally this pop-up would only appear for SSNs listed on the August feature updates page that the SSA considers invalid:

For Direct Referrals, add ability to filter by program
Currently, when you go to the "Referrals" tab from the client profile (to make a "Direct Referral"), you can filter by agency or program category to find the desired program. Users often have to wade through multiple pages of programs using either of these filter options (especially when they are making a referral to a program under a larger agency). It would be great if users could filter or search directly for a specific Program (e.g., add an optional sub-filter if they first choose to filter by agency, or add a search bar similar to the client search bar).

Add ability to filter pending referrals by Program
The "Pending" tab of the "Referrals" page in Clarity shows all the pending referrals for the agency. For our larger agencies, this can be a very long list that requires providers to click through multiple pages. There is the existing option to sort by program name, but they still have to click through multiple pages if the program they work with is later in the alphabet. It would be great if there was a way to filter for a specific program.

Add Foreign Countries to Geolocation
While geolocation was made available by way of the Outreach module, it could other valuable uses. Communities are experiencing crises related to migrant populations and the collection of geolocation data related to this can be very informative.

Add fields in Looker for HUD's numbering for project type code and exit destination string categories
Because HUD changes the string names for Project Type and Exit Destination, it would help us to have a field in Looker that provides the number HUD uses to corresponds with the pick list for these elements. This would help stabilize our code so that it is more resilient to name changes.

Assessment Processor - Save Points to the Nearest Hundredth
When assigning points to a Subtotal in an Assessment Processor, the logic rounds point values to the nearest tenth (ie: if a point value of 3.75 is assigned, the system rounds the value up to 3.8 when the screen is saved).
There are 2 HUD CoCs in our implementation that are creating new Coordinated Entry Assessments, both of which are assigning a percentage of points based on clients' responses to the assessment questions. This results in point values that need to be rounded to the nearest hundredth.

Prevent uploads of "Client Files" to "Client Forms" section
User Story:
As a case worker in a CoC agency, I want to upload client documents and files so that they'll be visible to the care team wherever they're needed in Clarity.
Priority: Level 2.5 (Impacts entire community; a system/process allows us to accomplish our goals but it is time-consuming and burdensome)

Record Partial SSN
With the updated FY2024 Data Dictionary, HUD now allows and prefers tracking of partial SSN, exactly the last 4 digits. However, currently in Clarity, to record these 4 digits you have to put 0's in the other fields which makes it look like a complete but bad SSN. Clarity should allow for the tracking of partial SSN without filling out the other fields.

PIT and HIC reports
It would be very helpful to include the a client details list when running the PIT and HIC report. If I download the reports as an Excel file, I don't get any client data. If I run as a web page, I can click and see the clients, but have to go through 30+ agencies and many projects in order to copy the client IDs and enrollments into a spreadsheet in order to obtain a complete list. It would also be helpful to instances where clients might be dually enrolled on the night of the PIT.
2 votesUpdates have been made to the [HUDX-123-AD] HIC Supplemental Report and [HUDX-230] Shelter Count PIT reports and are now available on train instance (releasing to production on 02/24/2025). These updates include additional data points (HIC/PIT) and output formats(PIT) to streamline analysis and data quality review for federal reporting preparation.

Tag users in referral notes / messages - or be able to have more than two people on a message thread
It would be great if in the body messages, such as the referral notes, you could tag other users so they could be brought in to the conversation easily to discuss the client in a thread - or be able to have communications with more than one other user on a single thread.

Add Quick View "Hover" Functionality to CE Events
Events don’t appear in the History tab with the quick view "hover" functionality that services have. This functionality allows a user to save time when reviewing client history by hovering over the speech bubble icon to see the service note rather than clicking into each service one by one to review.
For users who now use the Events tab to track the bulk of their client work, this quick view functionality has been lost, and as a result, their work to review client history has inadvertently been made more time-consuming and challenging.

Expose Fields in Looker
Typically if there is data in Clarity Human Services, we expect to be able to report on it using Looker. There are some fields that are not exposed for reporting purposes. Two examples that we would like to have exposed in the Program Descriptor model are the 'Navigation Profile' field or the 'Primary Coordinated Entry Group' field. These are found on the Agency Overview screen.

Alphabetical Sorting of Programs on Eligibility Screen
When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

Enrollment type care team member start date when assigned staff changes
Currently, if the assigned staff for an enrollment is changed, the start date for an enrollment type care team member does not reflect the date of this change and instead shows the project start date regardless of whether or not the staff member was the client's assigned staff at that time. We would love to see the new assigned staff's care team member start date reflect the day the assigned staff changed rather than the project start date. This would help us track when a staff member (especially navigators) were assigned to a given client.

Variation on the [STFF-106] User (Client Note) Hours Tracked but using Service Connected Hours.
Either use the existing [STFF-106] report and add a parameter to select either Client Notes Hours, or Service Hours. OR create a new report under the Program Based Reports category.
Still need the ability to select by Program and User.
Increasingly our funders and stakeholders are asking for hours to be tracked along with Services. It makes sense to do both within the Services functionality AND be able to report out.

Many of our partner agencies are trying to eliminate the need for paper files. However, it can be difficult to find uploaded files. Please add the ability to filter/sort files by category and file name. Thank you.

Display Files with most recent at the top.
Files are displayed with the most recent ones last. Our staff frequently need to check to see if a client has a recent file of some type. Every single other tab on the Profile page is the opposite. History, Program, Contacts and Locations are all listed with the most recent at the top. Could you please make this page consistent with the rest?
