Allow end users to download and print form pages
For agencies who are trying to save time, it would be very beneficial to have a download/print function within Clarity, tied to the enrollment form. Some agencies can enter directly into HMIS, and do not need a paper copy, but there are many agencies who are required to store paper forms. They have to do their enrollments on paper forms, then enter into HMIS. If you could print the form, it would save them a lot of time. Currently, when you print an enrollment form using the basic web browser function, it does not retain the responses to checkboxes, such as health insurance and non-cash benefits.

Or, Add CE Assessments to available reports on print button / client reports, please ;)

Great idea, I think really any screen or form should be printable or exportable. There could be a toggle on screens or even specific fields to allow for print or export.

Our agency manually creates the forms (client profile, entry, exit, etc) for all our programs and triage assessments. But if BF is able to do this...it would be a time saver for us too!
Also, since some fields are dependent on programs, maybe add "Enrollment Form" button next to "ENROLL" button? This way the users can either enroll the participant directly or print out the program-specific enrollment forms.
