Ideally, users would be prevented from creating duplicate enrollments, but since users can still create duplicates, we'd like to be able to merge them!

Noting her that it would be great if messages could be connected to a specific client and the converstation would also be archived within the client record. When we select Send Message from the care team member from within the client record, it would be great if the email body would generate the client profile link to be included in the message.

The live marker for this would ALSO be helpful for Date of Engagement and PATH Status Determination Dates, since the both need to be after the start date.

Yes, we also need the second signature line! Often if we develop a form with a client signature, we want to be able to provide them with signed copy. Printing an assessment has too many limitations in the current version. In the new UI, printing may look a bit better, but we will need to be able to have that second signature. Increasing the printer settings also helps a bit, but the user has to determine which setting won't cut off the page. Increasing font size would help with accessibility.

Yes! And adding field picklists, a text box and date field would be particularly useful for things like homeless verifications and adding client info

We have a similar request from our agencies. Especially now that forms can be added at the agency level, it would be helpful to give it a default setting that can be modified if the record needs to be shared.

This functionality is critical for assessments. Print screen option also exposes end user name and formatting that should not be printed and included to hand off to clients.

We have a comment specifically about the ROI not having good contrast as well as users being unable to view program enrollment selection easily. Please consider this in the UI design.
