In the interim, descriptions for the fields are included to provide more information about the data element as needed within the info bubble next to the field name (i.e., Availability End Date's info bubble reads "Operating End Date. HMIS Data Element 2.02.4")

Our agency manually creates the forms (client profile, entry, exit, etc) for all our programs and triage assessments. But if BF is able to do this...it would be a time saver for us too!
Also, since some fields are dependent on programs, maybe add "Enrollment Form" button next to "ENROLL" button? This way the users can either enroll the participant directly or print out the program-specific enrollment forms.
