  1. For group enrollments, the option to remove a program exit (reopen a client enrollment) should be an option to reopen the enrollment for one or multiple household members.

  3. Because HUD changes the string names for Project Type and Exit Destination, it would help us to have a field in Looker that provides the number HUD uses to corresponds with the pick list for these elements. This would help stabilize our code so that it is more resilient to name changes.

  4. As a Care Coordinator for Urban Alchemy, it would be beneficial for there to be a search option when looking for a specific room/unit in the Inventory, instead of having to scroll through an entire roster of rooms/units to find the one I'm looking for. Sometimes the information is needed quickly and the current way of using the Inventory doesn't allow for a quick search. Priority: Level 1

  5. Reason: Move-in date is added to the current head of household at entry, and it is not visible to other members' enrollment or their database records.

    Logic: Looker already has a Household Move-In Date field so just apply the same logic for the live marker.

    Outcome: When this live marker is added to screens, it will display the current head of household move-in date from the entry screen. Since live markers added to screens show up in the database, client records would also have this field...might need to make this dynamic in the database so that historical move-in dates are…

  6. The new Add Client button has no hints to tell the user what it does. There is no tooltip, and there is no "URL hint" that appears when you hover over it. Please add some text to the button so users know what it does.

  8. We would like the housing opening notifications to be a separate user access role. We have several queues in our community for ES and PH. The teams who make referrals to ES do not need to get an email notification for PH Housing openings/availability for agencies/programs they do not have access to in Clarity.

  9. Currently, the multi- select values are reportable as a single string. It would be great to be able to report on (Looker) individual values in the selection, similarly to the reporting options for the new Gender and Race and Ethnicity fields?

  10. Have the ability to make a program enrollment private for specific clients instead of the entire enrolled household. For example, when enrolling a household where one or more persons signs an HMIS ROI "No", but the rest of the household signs "Yes", there should be a way to toggle on "Make Program Private" for only the clients that signed "No". Or when toggling "Make Program Private", have a popup that allows you to toggle this on or off for individual clients.

  11. As of the June 2024 Feature release, Goals now automatically recalculate when their associated measure is met or not met. For Goals with a Service Based Measure, the goal will automatically recalculate using the current date not the date entered for the Service.

    For example, let's say I have a Goal for a client to receive an employment service, that is measured by whether a employment service category service is issued. If today's current date is 7/10/2024, and I issue an employment service with the date back-dated as 6/30/2024, then the Goal will automatically recalculate and the accomplished date will…

  12. The "Save & Close" button on the Exit screen does not "close" it saves and reloads the Exit screen. I see this behavior when exiting a client after reopening the program enrollment to fix a data entry error. Improve Clarity by either making the "Save & Close" button close the exit screen OR by renaming the button as "Save"

  14. We built a custom report that included identifying the agency that uploaded a specific ROI. The field category "Release of Information" includes fields for Agency CoC and Agency Name, but not Agency ID. There is an ID field listed, but it is the ID of the ROI.

    We recently established a uniform naming convention for all of our agencies and programs. For the custom reports that each agencies has that identifies errors in the ROIs that they have uploaded, we have to manually change the names in ALL 150+ agencies.

  15. This is a request to highlight required textbox fields red when left blank. When other field types are required, a user cannot move on and Clarity highlights the missing field in red. However, when it is a textbox, there is no indication that the text box is the missing field.

  17. We have had an issue with shelter providers allowing referrals to accidentally expire while still working towards a transportation plan/intake appointment and then subsequently enrolling folks as a non linked enrollment.

    Right now if they have already completed intake, to rectify this we have to delete the enrollment and re-refer them to the program opening and then re-add the enrollment. If the provider catches this before enrolling they have to potentially wait on our matching team to resend a match before completing their intake appointment or take the data on paper and enter it later.

  18. We have noticed data entry issues where a users enters an amount for an income source and then changes the source to "no." The amount continues to exist and is reported in Looker if the source toggle is set to no. Please either prevent the user from changing the source toggle to no without also removing the amount or automatically delete the amount when the source toggle is changed to no.

  19. Users and Admin often have to run a report to catch data quality issues > fix the issue > then re-run the report, a very common workflow.

    In the queue, there is a trashcan button and an "open" button. It would be so helpful and sensible to have another button for "re-run" in order to just run that same report that is in the queue with the same parameters to make it much more efficient to check to see if the changes done corrected the data error in the report.

  20. Currently, users don't have the option to add or display their pronouns within Clarity. I'm suggesting that when a new staff account is created there is a field for adding the staff member's pronouns. These pronouns should then be displayed along with the user's name and contact information when they are members of a client's care team.
