Additionally, expanding on the end user fields for the Nevada instance would be helpful for administrative functions as other ideas were previously shared.

Noraen Saldivar supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Noraen Saldivar commentedWe had a request for this same thing because we have a number of agencies that have funding related to end user licenses, direct pay licenses, and then the information can be pulled into a looker report for CoC confirmation.
Additionally, this would overall assist in the System Administration and Program Administration within the system and create efficiencies.

We have had some breaches and inactivated accounts, a note would further assist as a historical way of preserving the details. Additional, check and balance of security and privacy for clients and comfort.
Or if there is an agency note for inactivating an end user or a change in the home agency, as well.
This enhancement would save so many steps in moving dashboards from one space to another and lessen miss steps or confusion. Many thanks in advance.
