Increase Uploaded File Size Limit
Currently, the max allowed file size for upload is 4 MB (4112 KB). Is it possible to increase the file size for upload to 7MB? We have a few providers that are attempting to go paperless and require to upload large files.
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently reviewing this request.

This is cited as a systems and equipment challenge in the Santa Clara Technology Needs Assessment: "While Clarity and other systems providers use have the capability to upload scanned documents, several agencies reported challenges due to scanning equipment limitations. For example, one provider was unable to upload into Clarity because the agency’s scanner created a PDF file that was far too large."

Our CES team has done a lot of work to reconstruct our chronic homeless verification packet and train providers and housing programs on how to use it. A completed packet is typically about 10MB. Having to switch to a shorter and less comprehensive document would be a big limitation for our CES operations. Please increase file size limit.

As a provider our documentation requirements continue to increase where packets we are required to upload are well over 40 pages, and quality is important since we (and our funders) must be able to read the documents clearly.
