  1. We have noticed data entry issues where a users enters an amount for an income source and then changes the source to "no." The amount continues to exist and is reported in Looker if the source toggle is set to no. Please either prevent the user from changing the source toggle to no without also removing the amount or automatically delete the amount when the source toggle is changed to no.

  2. It would be useful to have fields for Enrollment HoH ID, and Global Household HoH ID that can be added as fields to the HMIS Performance model.

    This would allow us to run reports on household data and check to see who is the head of household at the enrollment level and at the Global level for checking the accuracy of the data.

    This would help identify when global households separate into different enrollments, whether for valid reasons or not.

    This would help easily create a report where you can see the enrollment household ID, household move-in date, the enrollment…

  3. Before saving a Start Date or End Date, validate the date is a valid calendar date. This could also check for dates recorded prior to 1/1/1915 as noted in HMIS Reporting Glossary. This could also check for dates in the future and give a warning message when the user saves that it is a date in the future to confirm accuracy. This could apply to both enrollments and services.

  5. Instead of only turning on IP whitelisting and MFA at the system level, it should also be able to be turned on/off at the Agency level so only some agencies are affected. This will add more flexibility to security policies.

  6. Currently the Referrals access right allows both the Global REFERRALS tab and the REFERRALS tab in client records. There are multiple use cases where we need users to have access to one or the other but not both of these. We would like to be able to separately assign rights to the referrals tab in client records.   7. It can be inconvenient to need to move to a different tab when adding client data. Some tabs, like Contact for instance, might fit under the profile, but having it as a separate tab leaves it in a view that many users rarely look at to see if it's populated.

    Another suggestion was to incorporate all family members in a single view that incorporates all of
    their demographic details.

  8. Currently, the INVENTORY dashboard can be shared by Agency, Coordinated Entry Group, or at the System level. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. For this reason, it would be beneficial if the INVENTORY dashboard shared shared by CoC instead of systemwide. This way units made in one CoC are not visible to the entire instance when the sharing setting is set to System.

    This was an idea brought forward during discussions with Washington Commerce and King County.

  9. Currently, Inventory screens are system-level screens that cannot be copied. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. Each CoC manages its housing stock, they have separate CE systems, and reporting is completed by each CoC.

    Each CoC may want to implement Inventory but need to record different information using custom fields on the housing inventory screens.

    Since the Inventory screens cannot be copied, each CoC would either need to agree on a set of custom fields, see each other's fields, or use complex constraints and configurations to hide the fields from each CoC, making…

  10. In the system currently, if one has questions about a particular page, they need to open another browser tab and navigate to the Bitfocus Help Center. Once there, they need to hope they are using the correct search terms to find the information they are looking for.

    My suggestion is to have a link on each Clarity page that would take you directly to the relevant Help page(s) for additional information.

    - On the ADD A NEW PROGRAM page > Link that would take you to How To Set Up A Program: Detailed Instructions (https://help.bitfocus.com/how-to-set-up-a-program-detailed-instructions)

  11. Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).   12. There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

  14. When you create a site of type "Standalone Unit", the system creates a default Building called "Standalone Site Building". If you have multiple sites of this type, you cannot tell them apart in the filter. Please update the naming convention to include the site name in some fashion. That puts the onus on us, the customer, to choose distinct Site Names, which I think is appropriate. I suggest "Standalone" + "Site Name", but I am open to other ideas.

  17. On a client's SSN, users regularly complain about the shield icon being too small. Since we have to hover over the shield to make the SSN window appear, a larger icon would make it easier. Also, the window that appears when you hover over the shield icon disappears a lot when moving your mouse from the shield to the window. Can this be improved?

  19. According to a user in Santa Cruz, they can't e-sign forms using a touchscreen laptop. It requires using a mouse or using an ios or android device. It would be great if they could take advantage of our touchscreen laptops to sign ROI's and other forms directly into clarity and not have to invest in iPads.

    This seems to be an issue with the HTML/script coding of the web page. They found a potential solution here, or at least something to get started https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad.

  20. We use ROIs as a record of a client's history of consent to share their information. Once a profile is created, it is too easy to make changes that mess up that history. Adding an access right to the roles would help us keep a record of our client's consent. There is an access right for "Client Reports". This request is consistent with that existing access right.
