Add audit log for when notifications are sent
Many notifications are automatically triggered by certain actions in Clarity. However, it is not always clear if the notification was actually sent or a way to check in the UI. So many customer workflows depend on those notifications being sent that it is important for System Admins to be able to see if they sent or not.

Delete Fake Entry
Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). Bulk Service Placement by Caseload
It would be great if users could bulk add services based on their active case loads. They would see a list of all their assigned clients (or alternatively search bar where they could add todays clients to a list) and then assign a bulk service (or toggle multiple services) for all the clients on the list (or check off the ones it applies to). Perhaps new enrollments assigned to them could automatically show up on this list.

Require a valid ROI for a program level service transaction
In the attendance module you can toggle on "require ROI for attendance" but in regular program services this isn't an option. Making this feature part of program services would prevent services from being added when a valid ROI isn't present and provide staff a reminder to complete an ROI at the time of service.1 voteThank you for your feedback. Update DateDeleted Functionality in DIT
The Data Import Tool seems to completely ignore the "DateDeleted" attribute on the Exit HMIS XML Element. If an Exit has been marked as deleted by setting a value to "DateDeleted", existing exists will not be deleted, and if that enrollment did not previously have an exit, that enrollment will be updated with the deleted exit date. This is a major problem as it makes it impossible to accurately import data from external sources, not only is there no way to remove an exit that was erroneously entered into the other system previously, but it is also actively importing garbage…

Ability to print bulk scan cards
Sometimes there is a need to print many scan cards in one session. It would be great to have an option to print a bulk amount of client scan cards in one session, versus having to go to individual profile screens and print separately.

Add multiple instances of the same Service, without having to click submit repeatedly.
Our agency has a lot of repeat services and staff members have requested having a feature where they could enter in multiple services easily (like a dropdown or quantity number), rather than clicking submit repeatedly to add them.

Improved Document Management/Files in Clarity - Search and Group Functionality
Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

Ability to delete services within an enrollment
Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.
It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

Variation on the [STFF-106] User (Client Note) Hours Tracked but using Service Connected Hours.
Either use the existing [STFF-106] report and add a parameter to select either Client Notes Hours, or Service Hours. OR create a new report under the Program Based Reports category.
Still need the ability to select by Program and User.
Increasingly our funders and stakeholders are asking for hours to be tracked along with Services. It makes sense to do both within the Services functionality AND be able to report out.

Add multiple service items for client at the same time
When providing a service to a client, it would be helpful to be able to add multiple service items all at the same time for the client, perhaps with a tick box by each one to save time.

Direct agency switch in staff seach
When searching for a staff member in Clarity, search results display the agency that the staff person is associated with. It would be helpful to System Admins to be able to click directly on the Agency name in the search results to switch to that agency

Some of our assessments are lengthy and it would be helpful to be able to apply text formatting to labels. Also, it would be helpful if we were able to add horizontal lines to delineate between sections in an assessment.

Sorting Site-wide
Please add the ability to sort by each column site wide. For instance, in Client Notes, there are column headers for Title, Category, User Name and Date. It would be extremely helpful if a user could click the column header to choose to sort by that column. This would make it a lot easier to find specific notes.

Eliminate the need to hover over items to see functionality
The need to hover over some items across the whole site make it difficult for users to see all the functionality available. One example is in Data Analysis when I want to edit a dashboard. You can see the elipsis near the filters to choose to edit, but, you have to hover over the top of the visualization to see the elipses. This is not intuitive and is not user-friendly.

font color/high contrast colors
Site wide, it would be really helpful if the fonts are in black and the color schemes are high-contrast. It is very hard to easily see a lot of items on the screens.

Include Live Markers in Program Details Report

Update Data Review Report with user creating field.
Everyone loves the Program Data Review report in the report library. Makes data corrections a breeze.
However, if the user creating could be added, it would be fascistic. By adding this field, it would allow agency managers and supervisor monitor which case manager are reviewing and correct their data and allow them to address these types of issues with the proper person.2 votesThank you for your feedback.
