Link Coordinated Entry Enrollments to Community Queues
Link Community Queues to active enrollments in Coordinated Entry. Link it so when someone is exited from the Coordinated Entry project (both manual and auto) that they are automatically removed from any queues. This means that everyone on a queue is active in coordinated entry.

Allow custom fields related to Referral Status to be added to a Referral Screen
As communities develop more complex Coordinated Entry Systems, more flexible referral status tracking is becoming a priority. It would add significant flexibility if system admins could add custom fields to the Referral Screen to capture additional details about referral's status. For example, adding a follow up question to "Reason Denied" to capture an additional layer of detail about why a referral was denied.

[RFRL-104] Referral Statistics - Outbound - Add Filter
Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

Allow negative dollar amounts
For custom assessments that document and track budgets, we are unable to save the assessment if the total calculation of income related amounts vs expense amounts is a negative dollar amount. I am submitting this idea to recommend changing applicable settings to allow negative calculations.

Allow admin to create their own system live markers - this might provide solutions to all the live marker related improvement requests here.
Doing so would grant us more freedom over our own systems and and meet the needs / preferences of our CoCs.

Tag users in referral notes / messages - or be able to have more than two people on a message thread
It would be great if in the body messages, such as the referral notes, you could tag other users so they could be brought in to the conversation easily to discuss the client in a thread - or be able to have communications with more than one other user on a single thread.

Update Unit Status in Batch
Customers have asked for the ability to update the status of multiple units at one time (update in a batch). For example, a building and units were set up to prepare for a new building to come online. Units were set to inactive so they would show on the dashboard until the agency was ready to begin leasing up the new building. When the agency is ready to begin lease-up, they need to change hundreds of units to active.

Sharing - More Flexibility Needed to Comply with FYSB
More flexibility with sharing set up. Sharing should be on a project level, not an agency level.
Should also be able to pick what agencies and programs can see a client file per what the client would like. Right now the sharing is extremely restricting and causes issue with programs like RHY, who are not allowed to share clients that are 17 and under. If an agency has RHY, CoC and ESG funding this makes set up difficult and can cause users to make major errors and share files they should not be sharing.1 voteThank you for your feedback. Chronic Homelessness Live Marker
Creating a Chronic Homeless Live Marker from data entered in the CH core Data Standard fields on enrollment screens such as 3.08 and 3.917, which would allow Admins to do nifty things like include it on CE Assessments or as conditions for Assessment Processors.

Credit expense feature
We are looking to have functionality created for us so that we could enter in credit instead of an expense. For instance, we pay for someone to stay at a hotel for 4 nights at $150 per night. Our fiscal department writes a check to the hotel for $650 paid upfront. The expense is then put into Clarity for check #123 for $650.
Then later on, since the person only stayed for 3 nights, the hotel sends us a check for $150. We want to be able to enter a credit into Clarity for (their check number) in the amount…

Create a case management plan and allow the ability to sign and print
We need a case management plan (it could be a custom assessment) that has the ability to individually print so that we can provide it to the client. Preferably they could also sign it. Unfortunately the custom forms does not provide as many features as the custom assessments or that could be a good solution.

Attendance Module
On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.
I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

Mark "Client Location" as hidden/constrained on screen editor
When editing a screen in Clarity, most fields are marked with a special icon if they are hidden (crossed out eye) or constrained (up arrow with hat). However, the "client location" and "Relationship to Head of Household" are not marked in any way even though they have constraints hard-coded. So, the "client location" field will not appear on an enrollment screen if only one CoC is associated with the program associated with the screen. Add Hidden Field Option to Encampment Screen
Many communities are using the Encampment Screen to complete encampment assessments that may include scoring. Encampment screens are not compatible with assessment processors. To help improve options for scoring, I'd like to recommend the use of hidden fields. Hidden fields are commonly used in complex assessment design and this option would create more flexibility to configure scoring within the encampment screen.

I have a staff member whose name has a é in it, but when I entered this to create a staff account it autocorrected to a ? mark. Would it be possible to add letters with accents to the acceptable characters for staff names? Thank you!

Copy Fields the way you can copy Screens
Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?
