Turn on IP whitelisting and MFA at Agency Level only
Instead of only turning on IP whitelisting and MFA at the system level, it should also be able to be turned on/off at the Agency level so only some agencies are affected. This will add more flexibility to security policies.

Screen customizations
We are requesting the ability to customize screens in more ways. As communities begin working on building out their own exclusively-digital, custom triage tools, there is a need to make the assessments screens more aesthetic and functional.
Some ideas are ability to change text size and color on screens (fields, labels, warnings), ability to delineate sections with lines rather than just spaces, and the ability to customize the icon caution sign on screen 'warnings' (remove icon, pick a different icon).

Note who performed an assessment on the assessment history
Hello! Hope everything is going well.
We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?

Report: Reporting on Looker Content within Folders
A report with a listing of the report names that are toggle on per agency. Or, have this developed so that it can be pulled from Looker.
For example, users with access to the embedded Looker are able to run Looker reports or dashboards that are pushed to the agency. Instead of having to review this list individually for each agency, it would be helpful to have a report.

Bulk Service Placement by Caseload
It would be great if users could bulk add services based on their active case loads. They would see a list of all their assigned clients (or alternatively search bar where they could add todays clients to a list) and then assign a bulk service (or toggle multiple services) for all the clients on the list (or check off the ones it applies to). Perhaps new enrollments assigned to them could automatically show up on this list.

Ability to delete Grant Activity information
Under funding source/grant activity there is no ability to delete. This is an issue if we make an entry in error and need to correct something that was entered previously. Currently you can add an end date, but this doesn't help if something was entered in error, incorrect data is reflected instead of being able to be removed.

Update DateDeleted Functionality in DIT
The Data Import Tool seems to completely ignore the "DateDeleted" attribute on the Exit HMIS XML Element. If an Exit has been marked as deleted by setting a value to "DateDeleted", existing exists will not be deleted, and if that enrollment did not previously have an exit, that enrollment will be updated with the deleted exit date. This is a major problem as it makes it impossible to accurately import data from external sources, not only is there no way to remove an exit that was erroneously entered into the other system previously, but it is also actively importing garbage…

Ability to pull daily bed utilization % in Looker
Customer is looking for a way to pull daily bed utilization percentages from Looker. We can pull weekly percentages or use a Pentaho report to get daily utilization numbers but not percentages.

Create a case management plan and allow the ability to sign and print
We need a case management plan (it could be a custom assessment) that has the ability to individually print so that we can provide it to the client. Preferably they could also sign it. Unfortunately the custom forms does not provide as many features as the custom assessments or that could be a good solution.

Public Alert - Alert Icon
Currently, the alert icon is not visible in the attendance module when the public alert is set to private. This is a request that this icon be visible to the agency that created the public alert in the attendance module for that agency.

Allow for unit assignment to occur by provider at referral acceptance
Allowing providers to assign units at the acceptance of referrals will minimize the administrative burden of connecting an enrollment to the specific unit after enrollment completion. This is particularly helpful in emergency shelters.

Sheltered PIT screen for non-participating programs
A customer has suggested that having a screen or other place to collect sheltered PIT data counts in Clarity for non-participating agencies/programs would be helpful. Rather than needing to collect this data in external places like Excel and then blending with Clarity sheltered PIT data, it would be great to have all the PIT data in one permanent place. This data could then be pulled in to the PIT/HIC reports in the Clarity report library.

add Head of household IDs to HMIS Performance Looker Model
It would be useful to have fields for Enrollment HoH ID, and Global Household HoH ID that can be added as fields to the HMIS Performance model.
This would allow us to run reports on household data and check to see who is the head of household at the enrollment level and at the Global level for checking the accuracy of the data.
This would help identify when global households separate into different enrollments, whether for valid reasons or not.

Ability to print bulk scan cards
Sometimes there is a need to print many scan cards in one session. It would be great to have an option to print a bulk amount of client scan cards in one session, versus having to go to individual profile screens and print separately.

Direct link to Bitfocus help pages
In the system currently, if one has questions about a particular page, they need to open another browser tab and navigate to the Bitfocus Help Center. Once there, they need to hope they are using the correct search terms to find the information they are looking for.
My suggestion is to have a link on each Clarity page that would take you directly to the relevant Help page(s) for additional information.

copy services across agencies/ ability to copy service taxonomy
It would save a lot of time to have a service template that allows us to apply a uniform set of services to multiple agencies rather than recreating them under each agency management screen. Also, when creating a service taxonomy, we cannot copy one that is already established and make minor tweaks like we can with screens.

Credit expense feature
We are looking to have functionality created for us so that we could enter in credit instead of an expense. For instance, we pay for someone to stay at a hotel for 4 nights at $150 per night. Our fiscal department writes a check to the hotel for $650 paid upfront. The expense is then put into Clarity for check #123 for $650.
Then later on, since the person only stayed for 3 nights, the hotel sends us a check for $150. We want to be able to enter a credit into Clarity for (their check number) in the amount…

Make All Unit Statuses on Display Card the Same Color
On the Inventory Dashboard, under the Status section on Display Cards, Active statuses currently show as Blue; Inactive and Offline statuses, by contrast, are grayed out---even when an Inactive/Offline status is the current status. It would be helpful if all statuses were the same color and none were grayed out, so that end users are able to focus on what the most recent status truly is by its order in the list.
