Ability to edit denial dates
Having the ability to edit incorrect denial dates is very important for data quality in our CES/CoC. Users enter denial dates and they often don’t reflect the proper date. As of now, we are able to click into the denial date and enter a new one, but get an error message when trying to save changes.

We have found this to be a big pain point and a barrier for backdating / imputing accurate referral outcomes. We have to ask Clarity to update / correct denial dates each time instead of doing it ourselves.

This field is often input incorrectly which leads to poor data and misleading information to our community's stakeholders about the length of time it takes to deny a referral or exit someone from a program. I cannot emphasize enough how much we need this to be editable in order to have accurate data reporting!

This function would save time for the provider, Tech Support and the Bitfocus Programmers by allowing (with the appropriate access toggle) staff to modify the denial date if entered incorrectly. Also, by allowing this field to be modified, would help with reporting accuracy.
