Record Partial SSN
With the updated FY2024 Data Dictionary, HUD now allows and prefers tracking of partial SSN, exactly the last 4 digits. However, currently in Clarity, to record these 4 digits you have to put 0's in the other fields which makes it look like a complete but bad SSN. Clarity should allow for the tracking of partial SSN without filling out the other fields.

Yes, please, per the HMIS Standard Reporting Glossary, First three digits cannot be “000,” “666,” or in the 900 series
