Signatures on assessments
Can we create the ability to add a signature box to the assessments screens.

Taking this slightly one step further, making a custom field type that's a signature box would be amazing for adding to different types of assessments!

We have several forms that require some text entry. We have to build them out in Assessments, but the client cannot sign it directly. We would really like to be able to add a signature field to an assessment.
