Quality Assurance: Deceased Standardized Logic
Standardize system logic for "deceased." Outreach module already indicates if the participants is housed/deceased (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/1500003859462-Clarity-Human-Services-April-2021-Feature-Updates) this should be standardized across the system. And should include warnings when a deceased participant is being enrolled with a start date of the deceased date.

Yes - when a client passes away, and a provider exits them from their program with a destination of "deceased", auto-exit them from any additional active enrollments.

Create a way to mark clients as deceased and facilitate their exit from active programs and services.
(1) Add the Date of Death to the client profile; Consider adding the cause of death as a conditional field
(2) Display a public alert on the records of deceased clients
(3) Prompt users to exit clients from active programs -

We provide services to low income members who are housed. They need to stay enrolled. My request was specifically for "deceased" members.

Allow for an available toggle to mark the client as deceased and not allow for further activity. There is no continuity on how deceased members of the community are being viewed in the system.

Also, include some sort of notification or indicator to other active programs/agencies/users when a client is exited as deceased in order to "clean up" the client's profile and remaining enrollments in the system.

When a client dies, a way to "lock" or display a prominent notice on the record, to prevent accidental enrollment in another program.
