  2. It would be helpful to have a direct link to the client's profile from the display cards on the Inventory dashboard. This link would show for clients currently referred or occupying a unit.

  3. There is currently no option to set up auto-placement for manual CE Events as we can for services. It would very helpful for end-user workflows if this could be implemented.

  5. Standards organizations such as DirectTrust have been working to specify ways for human services agencies to share securely emailed referrals, for any type of human service. Standards organizations are also working on ways to share service directory information. Clarity Human Services could implement these standards to be a part of this secure referral network, so Clarity users could send outgoing referrals (even outside the HUD Continuum or customer installation). Likewise, agencies could post their available human services and accept/decline incoming referrals, from the trusted external service organizations.

Updating the client forms to allow for further development changes in font color, inclusion of custom logos, underline, font picklist, just like any other document that can be helpful and/or allow to download customers existing forms to update for the signature line or witness signature line, date, etc.

  7. When moving an enrollment from one project/program to another due to a data entry error, any services, notes, files etc. do not follow or get moved to the correct enrollment which requires staff to delete the services, notes, files that might have been placed at the incorrect project/program and then re-enter all of those items. It would be helpful if the "move" tool moved all items related to the enrollment.

  8. I understand that developers are planning on improvements to the HMIS Population Over Time model and I'd really like to see the it go back farther than two years. If the point of this is longitudinal analysis, it should go back farther, especially given that the LSA looks back three years. Ideally I would like to see it go back to 2012 so we can dig deeper into client histories similar to the canned CLNT-127 report.

  9. Please add the ability to sort by each column site wide. For instance, in Client Notes, there are column headers for Title, Category, User Name and Date. It would be extremely helpful if a user could click the column header to choose to sort by that column. This would make it a lot easier to find specific notes.

  10. The need to hover over some items across the whole site make it difficult for users to see all the functionality available. One example is in Data Analysis when I want to edit a dashboard. You can see the elipsis near the filters to choose to edit, but, you have to hover over the top of the visualization to see the elipses. This is not intuitive and is not user-friendly.

  11. Site wide, it would be really helpful if the fonts are in black and the color schemes are high-contrast. It is very hard to easily see a lot of items on the screens.

  12. Remove clients from the community queue if the do not have an active release of information. Add a prompt to the client profile that states client has been removed and should be referred to community queue once a release of information is updated. (Anonymous profiles excluded)

  14. Similar to the way that System Administrators can add custom fields to a Program Set-up screen, it would be helpful to be able to add custom fields to other screen types, especially the user profile screens. This would allow tracking of things like date of training completion, or notes about a user like reasons for locking/inactivating an account, tracking security breaches, or marking roles like who is an agency administrator for billing new user accounts.

  15. Many of our partner agencies are trying to eliminate the need for paper files. However, it can be difficult to find uploaded files. Please add the ability to filter/sort files by category and file name. Thank you.

  17. It would be helpful to have the ability to create notifications for client enrollments expected to auto-exit due to inactivity. The functionality could be similar to pending referral notifications, with flexibility to set a certain number of days prior to the auto-exit. This would give the assigned care team an opportunity to update the enrollment and prevent the auto-exit before it happens.

    The additional type of notification would be helpful for Coordinated Entry.

  18. Could there be some sort of tool tip or reminder on the Add Program screen that reminds us to go to the Field Editor to create the new funding source name? Or even better, allow us to add straight from the screen. Too many steps are involved when it comes to setting up new funding sources.

  19. Clarity is not currently meeting our CoC’s need to easily understand what’s due with Assessments and add as needed. There are several points of feedback we have about the Assessments tab within a Program Enrollment, to make it clearer for our end users. This is made more important by the Current Living Situation assessment now being required.

    Current issues for our end users are:

    · Current heading is “Status Assessments” which to them = Status Update Assessment

    · “Assessment Due” is unclear- what kind of Assessment is due? Annual, Status Update, Current Living Situation? No way to click through. If…

  20. For agencies who are trying to save time, it would be very beneficial to have a download/print function within Clarity, tied to the enrollment form. Some agencies can enter directly into HMIS, and do not need a paper copy, but there are many agencies who are required to store paper forms. They have to do their enrollments on paper forms, then enter into HMIS. If you could print the form, it would save them a lot of time.
