Copy Fields the way you can copy Screens
Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

Delete Fake Entry
Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). Scheduled reports: Use Schedule Time instead of Schedule Date
Hi Clarity Devs,
It would be helpful to have the ability to select the time at which a schedule report should run. Each time I schedule reports for a day, they haven't run by the time I'm up and need them around 6a. Allowing a user-specified time for the report to run instead of an arbitrary time on the selected date would solve this issue.1 voteThank you for your feedback. Ability to track additional custom data elements per client/reservation
Ability to track additional custom data elements per reservation that is specific to the client. This is meant to record additional information such as client’s medication needs, doctor appointments, temperature, contact information, etc). This is meant to be a quick way to keep track of client’s needs that are specific to their slot.

Mass check-in (with check boxes or swipe cards)
Allow for the ability to mass-check-in clients. Similar to card reader functionality, we want the ability for a staff person to check in a large number of clients without having to click on the slots one by one and marking them as present. Ideally this would be some sort of check box on each slot with a select all option and then marking the attendance for those selected.
