Audit log for System Settings > Assessment Processors page
The Assessment Processors page under System Settings does not have an audit log. It is important to be able to track when Assessment Processors are added or removed from this page, so an audit log or some other tracking option would be helpful to track those changes.

Auditing logs for all aspects of the system should be a top priority to help with data security.

Thank you, yes! Auditing system actions are equally as important to auditing client records, especially when then affect live data!
