Add the ability to attach file to client level referrals.
I'd love to see the ability to attach a file (pdf, word, etc.) to a client level referral. This would allow for the agency/staff who receive the referral to have needed information immediately (example: application for program)

Allow for PDF attachments to referrals, so agencies can attach applications and other required documentation to referrals, this will allow referrals to be processed much faster.
