Report request: client detailed report
If a client requests a copy of all their data in Clarity, CMs have to print at least nine of the client level reports and the program details report (followed by editing/filtering each of the spreadsheets to only the one client's data). This is an extreme amount of work for Case Managers - or system admins. We would like to request a report or dashboard that compiles all data for individual clients that is easily accessible.
The report would need to include:
enrollment and exit screen
services and custom assessments with details
status and annual assessments with details
referrals and events
and any other information connected to an individual client in Clarity.

We need a program details report for current, live data with all enrollment, updates, and exits included in one document. This is less so for client requests than it is for our users and meeting their reporting needs. Historically, we had such a report that everyone could run. It is not efficient to create such a report in Looker and send it on request to everyone who wants it.

I don't think a CSV would work since this report is intended for the client. It should be in a print-friendly format so it can be printed and handed to the client.

This report has been asked for many times and would save so much time for our customers. A CSV format might work for all the possible data that may be pulled (?)
