Auto-refer to CQ upon completion of CA
To prevent the end user from having to complete an extra step, can a referral to the community queue be automatic once the user completes the coordinated assessment (VISPDAT)?

We don't want participants to be overlooked or miss housing opportunities due to user error. This is vital in assuring that all participants are automatically considered.

Yes, right now our system says a referral to the CQ is automatic, but it's really not because you have to click a button to refer a person to the CQ. A lot of our providers are missing this step and clients are not going to the CQ.
