Search within Clarity by ID for Agency or Program
It would be helpful to be able to search within Clarity for an Agency or Program by its ID. This would have been particularly helpful while addressing LSA flags.

@Trevor URL magic doesn't work unless you're already switched to the Agency. We would like to be able to jump right to a project's admin if we're switched to "System".

One existing option for this is to type the program ID into the URL, see below. If you have access to the appropriate agency you will be able to view the program setup page via the URL.

It is important to be able to search on Project ID from the System level *without knowing the Agency Name*.
I noticed if you go to Staff and to go Advanced Search Options and select Any Agency, you can navigate to the staff member regardless of what Agency they're under. This would prevent so much frustration.
Not sure if that would mean the system would have to assume you want to "Switch" to that Agency and just do that for you or if the System "agency" should just have permissions to edit any Agency's projects.
