    One existing option for this is to type the program ID into the URL, see below. If you have access to the appropriate agency you will be able to view the program setup page via the URL.

    https://INSTANCE.clarityhs.com/manage/program/edit/9999
    (Change 'INSTANCE' to your Clarity Instance and '9999' to the program_id.)
