Audit Log Enhancements
Here are some of the things we would like to see in an audit log:
Audit log similar to client audit log (full history) for user accounts (last edits, values changed, additional agency access added/removed, email changed, photo changed, etc)
Agency audit log for changes to address, active status, creation date.
Program audit log in the same vein with history (who changed what and when on a program - the name, the funding, the beds, basically every PDDE change/edit/creation)
Service audit logs (who created them, edited them, changed available dates, active/inactive, etc.)
Sharing settings - audit history on sharing settings. departments, exceptions, etc. - this one is probably the biggest concern considering our legal obligations to not share certain data.
Program audit log for assigned assessments (when the assessments were assigned/toggled on, who did it)
Audit log for agency assessments (when they were toggled on or off), sites, funding, accounts
Audit log on user access role changes and deletion/lock/inactivation
Audit log on system setting changes

Request for services audit log to populate migrated custom services (as it is done for clients or enrollments).

It would be great if Agency Managers could view audit logs for elements like program enrollments, assessments, etc. that were completed at their agency. This would allow them to see which staff at their agency entered which data to better manage data quality. Having this information wrapped up only in the Staff Client Activity Report makes it difficult to quickly see who edited information pertaining to a certain client.
