[Data Sharing] Ability to lock client record at SA Level
When requested by a client, it would be beneficial to have the ability to lock down a client record at the System level, where only System Administrators can see the data regardless of whether the client has had data entered at multiple agencies.

Add foreign country option to geolocation
Can geolocations be enhanced to allow user the ability to type in foreign countries? For example, user types "Japan" and the geolocation will pin on Japan or just allow Japan to be saved.... We don't need spatial data, but we would need these records to be flagged as "outside of the United States"

Add non-locatable addresses
Customers should have a way to enter in any address into the location tab. Presently, only geo-locatable addresses can be entered using the "Add Address" button in the "Address 1" field.

Add option to prevent community queue referral if client has no valid ROI
Provide a setting (similar to attendance module ROI required toggle) to give the option where a client can/cannot be referred to the community queue if they have a missing/invalid ROI.

'Home Screen Override' Ability within Manage > Staff
The ability to set Home screen overrides is great, but system admins need the ability to activate specific dashboards for specific users. This is essential for program managers that need to see custom dashboards made for them that would not be appropriate for all users from their agency to see.

auto-populate the response to Data Element 3.08 (disabling condition)
Customer would like the option to auto-populate the response to Data Element 3.08 based on the criteria described in the 2020 HUD HMIS Data Standards
System Logic and Other System Issues: Disabling Condition may either be entered by the user independently of any other special need field (4.05 - 4.10), or data in this field may be autopopulated based on the responses to ‘ability to live independently’ for 4.05, 4.07, 4.09 or 4.10 or an answer of ‘Yes’ to 4.06 or 4.08. If the system auto-populates Disabling Condition, a user must be able to override a systemgenerated ‘No’ with ‘Yes.’…

[INTERNAL MESSAGING] Adjustment to Clarity Messaging System
Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.
Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.

Share referral notes across multiple CQ's
We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

End check-in ability same day as program exit for "multiple attendance" service in Attendance Model
Have attendance module service item check-in stop working after a client has been exited from program on the same day (versus following day), when multiple attendance Delivery type set and "Require Program Enrollment" toggle on. Would incorporate time of day program exit occurs in system.

Mass export of Client Files
Customers have requested the ability to export multiple file attachments associated with a client record.
One use case related to to integration of HMIS with a Health Information Exchange.
In another use case, the customer would like to share housing application data collected as PDF's in Clarity by sending it directly to housing providers/landlords.

Auto Service Placement when Note is added
There is currently the ability to automatically provide a service upon enrollment. A customer requested the ability to automatically provide a case management (or other) service when a case note is added in the client record.
