[INTERNAL MESSAGING] Adjustment to Clarity Messaging System
Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.
Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.
Request: Users need some way to see who has a specific role at an agency.
