Hi Danielle, thank you for checking in! It just occurred to me that this could be more important than originally anticipated. We're a new agency that just joined Clarity, but our target population is about 70% Hispanic or Latinx, which means the absence of é and other accented letters could mean that a large percentage of our clients would also have incorrect names. I tested this with a fake client, and we noticed that entering these types of characters replaces the letter with a question mark, which could create an issue in report pulls. I don't think I'd call this a critical error since it doesn't impact function of the database, but just wanted to mention this may be a little more important than originally anticipated.
