The new inclusion of the CLS in the History and Assessment sections of a client's record is overwhelming and off-putting to users who need to see a full glimpse of a client's history (if that client has a hx in SO projects). Please re-consider this update to Clarity 2.0.

While we realize that the CLS is technically an Assessment, that is due to HUD's re-design of what serves primarily as a street outreach contact that is required for HUD funded SO projects. As you know, this used to be a "contact" and was better suited for SO workers in the field to enter these via the attendance module.

As of now, the only way for a user to rid their history view of pages and pages of CLSs is if they filter by checking all the other selections of transactions that appear in the hx page as well. That is not intuitive for most users and for those who know to do this, it is cumbersome. (The filter choice for the CLS is currently at the bottom of the selection and can only be seen if the user knows to scroll down further).

Ideally it would be better if the CLS could have it's own section of the enrollment menu. It would be great to have something on the screen that would show the most recently recorded/dated CLS and the total number recorded under an enrollment. I know that sounds like the way we are able to see bed night information.

Please also consider that even in HUD CSV files, the Current Living Situation has it's own folder, separate from the Assessment folder.
