Use Program Site Address on Referral Map Instead of Agency Address
In both interfaces the referral map is based upon the agency address instead of the site address assigned to the program. This is problematic because if an agency has multiple sites they do not want case managers sending them to the agency address since that is usually the administration office. They want to send them to the actual program address which is set by assigning a site address to the program.
