Location
There should be household information that applies to all of the members of the household, such as the location. We have households with as many as 10 (or more) members. The way the system is designed, you have to go to a separate screen for each individual to enter the location and to enter the contact information when it applies generally to the whole household. This would mean entering the 10 demographic screens, and then going to 20 more screens to enter the location and contact information. Unfortunately, case managers usually skip entering the location and contact information for the kids, and the non-Head of Household adults. This causes issues on reporting. I cannot pull a valid zip code report for all individuals if only 10% have it entered, and the rest do not. I propose that you start with the Household information, and add a check box to confirm the rest of the family lives at the same address and has the same phone. This would pull the information to all of them, and then enter the demographics. If they leave the household, the information is automatically ended off. Email me if you want more details.
