Robust, secure messaging within Clarity
Customers would like the secure messaging tool within Clarity function more like regular email (ability to cc, reply all, etc). Being able to send messages through Clarity to more than one user would allow end-users to more fully rely on Clarity for secure communication. All staff working with a particular client could be looped into one coherent thread within the messaging interface. The more the messaging tool functions like regular email, the better the likelihood of staff incorporating Clarity into their workflows.

We would like to add that customers would also like the ability to add attachments (files, images, etc) to messages they send via the secure messaging tool within Clarity.
