  1. There is a well known issue with MS Office products that causes hyperlinks to open without session information. This causes Clarity links in Excel, Word, ect to open the sign in page rather than the target URL. The implementation of special rules for fetch requests from MS Office products would allow Clarity users to open hyperlinks from Office products using their active sessions.

  3. At this time, we can add new Referral notes or we can delete them, but we cannot edit. Customer would like the ability to edit referral notes.

  4. We use alerts for suspension of services. Once the duration of the suspension has been reached, there is often a need for approval (from a director, etc.) before the suspension is cleared. Having alerts expire completely at their expiration date creates a risk for the agency. We need a way to require a checkbox for someone to approve them.

  6. When a referral is denied, expired, snoozed, or has any movement between community queues, the characteristic card will disappear. The tracked characteristics will not move from one queue to the next. Given that a community has multiple queues, the user can not search client by a characteristic when the referral has been created from a denied referral, expired or snoozed referral.

    Example: The characteristic card follows the referral until it expires, is denied, or snoozed. When a new referral is created from an expired/denied/snoozed referral, it looses the characteristic card, when added to a different community queue.

  8. Allow us to create a field that cross-references (with search) agency or instance-level users. We have quite a few uses cases for being able to record something related to another user.

  10. Can geolocations be enhanced to allow user the ability to type in foreign countries? For example, user types "Japan" and the geolocation will pin on Japan or just allow Japan to be saved.... We don't need spatial data, but we would need these records to be flagged as "outside of the United States"

  12. Provide a setting (similar to attendance module ROI required toggle) to give the option where a client can/cannot be referred to the community queue if they have a missing/invalid ROI.

  15. Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.

    Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.

    Request: Users need some way to see who has a specific role…

  16. We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

  17. Have attendance module service item check-in stop working after a client has been exited from program on the same day (versus following day), when multiple attendance Delivery type set and "Require Program Enrollment" toggle on. Would incorporate time of day program exit occurs in system.

  19. Allow System Admins the ability to mark profiles private, regardless if it is a shared profile or not, and allow access to only designated agencies.

  20. There is currently the ability to automatically provide a service upon enrollment. A customer requested the ability to automatically provide a case management (or other) service when a case note is added in the client record.
