Tag users in referral notes / messages - or be able to have more than two people on a message thread

We want to be able to "CC" a provider on an email thread in Clarity if that provider is attached to the client, and continue to bring others into the conversation when it's discovered they are working with the client. Similarly you could take someone out of the email if they are no longer working with the client or you discover they should no longer be a part of that client's care team.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis would be really helpful for our CoC in linking program eligibility requirements that housing programs keep listed separately on their websites. It would also be helpful to link resources such as chronic homeless verification examples and workflows via clickable links!

A lot of our providers are missing this step and clients are not going to the CQ.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedTo expand on this, it would be helpful if a provider can see a list of all of the clients they are a part of the care team for and what active CES referrals to housing programs those clients have.

This would be so helpful and save providers a lot of time if Clarity could use program enrollments to compute a client's CH status. If Clarity could display the gaps also which make a person appear not chronically homeless, this would help providers to see what kind of 3rd party or self-certification documents they need to gather in order to document a person's CH status.
