Expand Active Programs, Active Services, etc. in Client Profile
In the old interface while in a client's profile, you could easily see the client's active program enrollments and recent services on the right side of the screen. In the NUI, the only thing that is expanded on the right side of the screen is the Community Queue, or if there is no Community Queue referral, the household is expanded instead. Users feel that it would be helpful if everything on the right side of the screen (Active programs, Active services, Recent Services and Events, Active Contacts, and Care Team) were already expanded when you click into in a client's profile. They feel like they have to do more searching and clicking around to find information that was more readily available before.
