mass/bulk upload feature
Open Door Legal needs a mass/bulk upload feature for Clarity Human Services. Currently, all records must be entered manually one at a time. We update a high volume of records per month for our HSH-funded programming, which requires significant staff time, creates transcription risk, and causes bottlenecks at reporting deadlines. We are requesting the ability to upload a CSV or Excel file of records in bulk, with field mapping to Clarity's schema and row-level validation before final import. This would greatly improve efficiency and data accuracy for high-volume providers.
