Autofill SSN to all zeros when refused, don't know, data not collected
To prevent data errors in the future, please have by default SSN “000-00-0000” when Quality of SSN = Client doesn’t know, Client refused and Data not collected” selected by users.

This feature is great, but if you later get the SSN it is challenging to enter. You need to first clear the Quality field before it allows you to enter a number, which is very unintuitive.
